"We had such a lovely time, the only problem is we didn’t have enough time . The suit was very clean and comfortable for a family.Thanks to Alice for great service. Food by chef Kennedy was amazing my kids loved the fish fingers i enjoyed different types of salads . The people serving us Cecilia and Stanley were very patient and professional considering we had kids , always ready to help which made our meal time very enjoyable. Generally the camp was very nice an experience to remember. I would like to congratulate the manager for the good job done. Definitely coming again for the third time."

"Absolute pleasure to visit thus family business. The siblings Jacinta and Ngure split AM and PM shifts and are always available on call when a need arises. Wilson is a long time night manager that knows us all by name. Our family has been patrons since the 80s at their sister /mother hotel downtown Gilgil called Mugoiri. There's a new cook of whom is in training, as she didn't know how to prepare an over easy egg. I asked Elizabeth to go show her how to via You Tube academy, and she finally nailed it. Ngure is also working on the their SEO and he takes customer feedback well. Thank you family. Home away from home. "

"With breathtaking views, Sunbird lodge is a sight to behold. Since it’s located uphill, the view of lake Elementaita is magnificent. The landscaping is beautiful, the staff is friendly and the food is good. The rooms are spacious, clean and well designed. In fact you wake up the view of the lake from your room!!They also have an in-house naturalist who can take you around to see various species of birds that visit the property. They have also created bird hides, so overall great for photographers. Lake Naivasha is a 45 mins drive from the lodge. Overall I would love to come back again later. I have also attached some photographs of the place."

Jacaranda Lake Elementaita Lodge

"This place is a little paradise. Colonial style building in a large and beautiful garden, overlooking Lake Elementaita. Cute monkeys all around. All the hassles from traveling on the road is dissipated once entering into this property. We enjoy every second we spent in this hotel. The hotel is old but very well maintained and clean. Comfortable room, friendly staffs. The food is decent, although the variety could be improved. One of the hotel's paid services is a knowledgeable guide who can take you on a tour around Lake Elementaita, which is highly recommended. The only area where I think the hotel can improve is the tap, which is a bit difficult to turn on. Despite this minor issue, it is still fully functional."
