The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring a pleasant stay. They were quick to assist with any requests. The lodge features excellent amenities, including a beautiful pool and a well-maintained garden. The dining experience was delightful, I highly recommend trying the traditional dishes. Their conference facilities are also great. Lake Elementaita Mountain Lodge is a gem for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. I left feeling rejuvenated and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat."

"A very cosy place serene very good meals chefs kudos you did great job the meals were excellent and the cakes mouth watering .... i loved the restaurant hospitality top notch from the manager Tony the waiters chefs at diffrent station GOD bless you ....you made sure we were well yet you would have loved to be with your families during festive season ....the guys who received us at the reception so wonderful welcoming friendly .... the swimming pool guy our kids were well taken care of thank you ....could go and relax and you were on toes ...kayamba Africa wow what an awesome presentation , entertainment for kids bouncing castle etc mascot i took lotsa pics haha he did great plus his aid .. had few hitch somewhere bh wont mention for the sake of the staff he she needs bread and milk in their homes praying they improve .... I would recommend and we enjoyed diffrent cultures ....."

Sunbird Lodge Elementaita

"With breathtaking views, Sunbird lodge is a sight to behold. Since it’s located uphill, the view of lake Elementaita is magnificent. The landscaping is beautiful, the staff is friendly and the food is good. The rooms are spacious, clean and well designed. In fact you wake up the view of the lake from your room!!They also have an in-house naturalist who can take you around to see various species of birds that visit the property. They have also created bird hides, so overall great for photographers. Lake Naivasha is a 45 mins drive from the lodge. Overall I would love to come back again later. I have also attached some photographs of the place."

"Absolute pleasure to visit thus family business. The siblings Jacinta and Ngure split AM and PM shifts and are always available on call when a need arises. Wilson is a long time night manager that knows us all by name. Our family has been patrons since the 80s at their sister /mother hotel downtown Gilgil called Mugoiri. There's a new cook of whom is in training, as she didn't know how to prepare an over easy egg. I asked Elizabeth to go show her how to via You Tube academy, and she finally nailed it. Ngure is also working on the their SEO and he takes customer feedback well. Thank you family. Home away from home. "
