There was good reception and service. I stayed there for 5 days and it felt comfortable and safe. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a scenic and homely place somewhere close to the river. "

"The overall service declined, no focus on hygiene factor, let’s after putting hands in washroom dustbin they touch the face towel without even washing hands, interns hired to cut the price which don’t have any idea how to deal with guests, food prices increased while the portion went drastically lower, sooner it would be listed as regular low guest house if attention not paid."

"Due to a change of plans on our tour we stayed here for one night unexpectedly. The hotel is impressive as you enter. Air con, marble, glass life etc. Rooms were decent - I had a balcony overlooking the garden and town beyond. That said, the staff were a bit distant and the breakfast buffet was poor. A random selection of bits and pieces! A short walk along the road there are several small stores and fruit sellers so handy for on the go provisions. I’d agree with a previous reviewer - I was very disappointed that the hotel refused to supply a room for our hardworking guides/drivers. After a long day on the mountain roads and having chosen to book ten rooms at this hotel the least they could do is to provide lodgings for everyone. Personally I would not choose this type of corporate hotel as there are many others with a more welcoming attitude and personal touch."

"Stayed two non-consecutive nights, in the same room. The hotel looks fairly new and modern. Quiet location. The power is shut off every night at variable times with no warning—this is an issue when you need to recharge your electronics—and is still off if you need to get up early in the morning. Since this is planned, they could at least advise guests at check-in. Spacious, clean room. Well located power sockets, although one of the sockets near the bed didn’t work. Comfortable bed and pillows. Amenities included electric kettle. Shower with hot water and good water pressure, although the shower tray was quite slippery and on the 2nd night the water drained quite slowly. Average wifi. Dining room with great view. Average local breakfast."
