Booked last minute to get a one night stay. At arrival called Urban Homy servicedesk and they remotely opened all doors, to let me in to the apartment. The lady told me: you can find the key cards on the table. But unfortunately there was no key card. Also the apartment smelled terrible, due to people intensively smoked inside. The lady told me to be patient and she should organize a key. After half an hour, I called her again but still nothing organized. Due to the missing key, I also didn't had access to the bath room. After one hour called again and she asked me to search again, since the key should be in the room. But nothing was there and she didn't really had an idea how to solve the issue. She told me to be patient, while they were working on a solution. I lost my patience and cancelled the booking and left the apartment. Of course due to late cancellation, I had to pay the full amount

We were looking for a hotel in Gorizia and this seemed to have the best reviews. The price was reasonable, certainly by U.K. standards. Parking was free; I hate paying for that. The hotel is centrally located and easily accessible. It isn’t a resort hotel, but neither is it intended to be. It’s used by aircrew from the nearby airport. I particularly enjoyed the breakfasts. All the fresh cappuccino you could want, at no charge. Great local prosciutto and cheeses, plus, of course, bacon and egg if that’s your preference. I’d use this place again.

I stayed for a night in this hotel many times, simply because it is very close to a box of the highway A4. Nothing to say in general, large rooms, good dinner, parking. The only things I didn't like were the presence of the moquettes on the floor of the rooms, which is often dirty and sweet, and for those who spend hours in the room to relax like me, The presence of pre-war televisions, which sometimes do not work at all, as happened to me yesterday.

The hotel is well located in a historic location with a large hall dominated by a beautiful staircase, but you get to the room but you lose a little of this atmosphere and you are in an elegant environment in the 1980s, The most important thing is that I personally found the following: 1) the bed mattresses a little hard 2) the water ”round” and small size approximately 20 cm ... are standard and at the time of use I found it very uncomfortable a child-style sensation on the vase (see photo attached) 3) also the bidet was located in a very uncomfortable area, in addition to the size identical to the water, the washing machine was not even 10 cm away, making it almost unusable. 4) phon; very weak almost a breath Nothing dramatic for a day of stay but as a high hotel visitor I allow to report these details ... with A very efficient and friendly General cleaning and rooms: good

Me and husband stayed for almost one & half month in this hotel . ( Work ) location was perfect for everything. ( Grocery, bar,laundry and downtown) Friendly staff , specially the one who clean in our room she's special 🩷 ( Tameena ) The way she clean the room was top 🔝. People in reception also very nice . We have kitchen at that's was very helpful. The hotel close for trekking also and walking trails . The breakfast is amazing lot of choices , ( Julia ) was very helpful all the time . Love this hotel . ⭐

We stayed at the falisia 3 nights during the week. The rooms are perfect. We were Upgrades to a 2 bedroom suite. The breakfast is delicious. The beach club is a dream! The beach is stony but you will use the infinity pool anyways, since it’s colder. The people at the hotel and the beach club are great. There was only 1 thing, the staff was definitely “new” so a few weren’t fully trained. For example the concierge who showed us to our room got lost on the way, plus I am used that at least in case of a big suite I get a tour. It’s not the end of the world I now but I am used to it while staying at a luxury collection. Otherwise it’s a dream! It gets crowded during the weekends and apparently some “luxury” car tours use the spot as a stop over. They ruined a lot for us, but that’s not the fault of the hotel.
