The Koller family - Manuela, Gorttfried and Maximilian - do everything (!!) to make our stay as memorable as the previous one... "Excellent. We stayed in a private apartment inside the hotel. We had access to all the facilities, hotel restaurant, bar, gymnasium and spa, sauna and pool at no extra cost. Our apartment was equipped with a small kitchen, but we didn't do any cooking. Choosing instead to eat at the hotel, buffet style. They do a breakfast and evening meal special for 90 Euros per day for 2 people. The staff were excellent, especially Anca and Stephan. I had injured my back during my stay and they, very kindly crushed some ice for me to put on my swollen back. I can't fault anything about the hotel, everything was superb and very well situated for sightseeing in Hallstatt and Bad Ischl and Salzburg."
