Each bedroom has a queen size bed and a closet and one has an electric fireplace. Living room has a 40" Smart TV and Wifi. The TV also picks up over 50 channels including some from DC and Richmond. Kitchenette includes lots of kitchen utensils and food preparation appliances as well as a full-size fridge/freezer. NO full STOVE/OVEN but does have other types of cooking appliances instead. Outdoor grill and chiminea on private patio. Two decks provide seating to enjoy the beautiful views. Spacious fire circle with ample free firewood. Two friendly dogs live in the main house property, but they do not have access to the Guesthaus, which is a completely separated space from the main home.One dog is allowed for an additional fee of $50 per stay. One older child is allowed when renting this space. NOTE - during the winter months all-wheel drive vehicles are required. Property owner is NOT able to help move vehicles stuck in ice or snow on the mountain. Renters should monitor weather conditions closely.
