"This stay experience far exceeded expectations! From the beginning of stepping into the hotel, the front desk staff smiled throughout the whole process, quickly helped me check in, and patiently introduced the surrounding play routes, especially intimate. After entering the room, it was even more pleasant. The sheets were clean and there was no wrinkle. The window was facing the street view and the view was particularly good. What touched me most was that I called at night and wanted a pillow. The waiter sent it in less than 5 minutes, and asked softly if I needed other help. The breakfast is also very rich, hot dishes, fruits, freshly ground coffee are all available, will definitely recommend this hotel to friends"

"When preparing for the trip, I found out that there was a snowstorm in Guazhou after the Spring Festival last year, and a county with 50,000 people took in 2.50,000 stranded tourists and passers-by. The online description of Yulin Grottoes is excellent. So I chose to stay in Guazhou for one night. Booked this one with very good reviews online. The hotel is newly renovated and the whole house is smart. Comfortable and clean. The shower room soap dish and waterproof design are very reasonable. I like the bathroom settings. I used the Jiumu King fully intelligent toilet, which is very water-saving and clean. I also used a ventilation fan and aromatherapy. This is the most fragrant bathroom I have ever stayed in a hotel🀄️ Breakfast is relatively simple, and the service attitude and professionalism of the service staff are quite different from other hotels I have stayed at. However, considering the current development status of Guazhou’s tourism industry and the reduction in passenger flow, it is understandable. It is worth mentioning that when chatting with the driver who came to pick him up from the hotel, he mentioned Guazhou’s good deeds during the snowstorm last year. The driver said that he used hotels and nursing homes to shelter 192 people for free for two days. After asking, I found out that he was Mr. Wang, the general manager of the hotel😅"

"I chose this highly-rated hotel on Ctrip and stayed two nights with my colleagues. The facilities were simple yet stylish, and the rooms were comfortable and cozy. It's quite dry here, so a humidifier was provided in the room. It was convenient for getting around, and they even offered luggage storage. On our first night, we ate out and hadn't checked in by almost 10 pm. The staff contacted us to confirm our check-in time and kindly assured us there was no rush, as the room was already reserved. When I arrived, I realized I had mistakenly booked a double room instead of a standard room. It was almost midnight, but the front desk staff thoughtfully and considerately changed us to a standard room. It was truly wonderful, and I'm very grateful! The breakfast on the first floor was convenient, plentiful, delicious, and lightly flavorful. I also tried the hot pot on the third floor; it was convenient, had a wide variety of dishes, and the service was excellent!"

"I booked this hotel for the environment. The hotel is in a park. The environment is great. I get up early every day and go directly into the park from the back door of the hotel. There are few people and the environment is beautiful. It is very comfortable. The service is very considerate and the attitude is good. They take the initiative to ask about needs and deliver water every day. It is an hour's drive from Yulin Grottoes. You must go and see it. It is better preserved than Mogao Grottoes. The disadvantage is that it is not convenient to eat around. You have to drive to the vicinity of Guazhou Market."
