"Good day! I'd like to leave a review for the Gudauri Loft Hotel. The booking was quite spontaneous, and I mainly chose it for the scenic pool. I only read the reviews once I was already in Georgia and was a bit upset by the negative comments, thinking my vacation would be ruined. But! That was absolutely not the case! The staff is wonderful and polite. We had dinner at the restaurant; everything was delicious, the kitchen is open until 11 PM, and the restaurant itself until midnight. The pool is open from 10 AM to 10 PM, the water is hot (32-35 degrees Celsius), it's clean, and the view is magnificent. Thanks to the spa manager, Tamuna, for her hospitality. The breakfast isn't the most varied, but there's plenty to eat (fiber, protein, carbs, coffee, etc.). The room was clean, the renovation was fresh, and the linens were new. Yes, the soundproofing isn't great, but that's typical for most hotels."

It’s located about 5-10 minutes drive away from New Gudauri which is ideal - it makes it quiet and peaceful but still close to the hustle and bustle. The restaurant has amazing food!! They also have installed an elevator. I absolutely love this place and will definitely stay there again. "

"An pathetic experience! The wifi didn't work for the first 24hrs. Check in took forever as the hotels system was down and they didn't have a back up. The rooms are clean but very basic. The towns electricity was down and the hotel only had emergency lights for the night/morning (no complete generator back)...so couldn't charge our phones or use the kettle for coffee. No room service coffee available till their staff arrive at 7.30. The breakfast buffet was limited and cold (no eggs to order). Renovation works seem to be ongoing outside. The hotel is obviously very short staffed- the ones on duty were trying their best but understandably not successful since it was full occupancy. ( 1 waitress for an entire restaurant!!!). The one good thing was the spa which was not short staffed & ran well. In short, would highly recommend avoiding this hotel unless you have no choice and only looking for a basic lodge for a night."

"It is a residence where, if you want, you can buy an apartment (they are for sale) or spend a few nights there. New structure, very beautiful, modern apartments with kitchen, very well furnished and tasteful. Price not high in relation to the quality. Excellent starting point for visiting Kazbegi. By far the best in the area. Definitely and sincerely recommended."

We had unexpected changes to our plans and Lasha was extremely helpful to find solution. Overall his recommendations on restaurants and other “how to get around” were very effective."

Each apartment is fully equipped with a kitchen that has all the necessary items you might need. ​The location is unbeatable it's very close to the first ski lift, which is a huge convenience for ski lovers. The hotel also houses one of the best Georgian restaurants, "Pasanauri," where you can enjoy delicious traditional dishes. ​As for the prices, they are very budget-friendly during the low season, and during the peak season, they are fair and appropriate for the resort. "The hotel was very cute and the staff at the reception specially during morning shift was very friendly and super helpful. She went out of way to suggest places to explore in gudauri and kazbegi. The housekeeping staff were prompt and quick. All this made our stay pleasant and really comfortable. Our room was very cozy with mountain view. It was simply breathtaking. To top it all, we were very lucky to find an indian restaurant called lunch bokx right below our hotel. It was a saviour. We never thought we could get such delicious food on the mountain. I was simply amazed at their sift chapatis. We would definitely want to visit again."
