"We made a temporary reservation because of snow and road closures. We booked a family room, which was the best room with a king bed. The hotel felt very deserted. The floors were generally closed and seemed to be under renovation. I had to leave early the next morning, so I left my room card at the front desk. I left without breakfast"

"The room is not big, but relatively comfortable. It is convenient for skiing. You can slide in and out of the hotel. The snow in the ski resort is good, suitable for beginners. The breakfast is rich in variety and the red wine is great. The hotel's outdoor hot tub is a highlight. If you are a family with children, there is an indoor swimming pool on the ground floor of the hotel, which is relatively small and enough for children to play in."

"The hotel is simply superb! Responsive staff. We arrived tired in the morning, Lasha checked us in earlier than the allotted time, simply without words, we were able to rest. The room is clean, stylish, cozy. There is everything you need: a hair dryer, slippers, several sets of towels, slippers, sets with toothpaste/toothbrush, cotton pads, cotton swabs and even nail files. A wonderful woman who keeps the rooms clean, smiling, polite. Thank you. The breakfasts are simply incredible, they set a whole table, a girl and a guy, sorry, I didn’t ask their names, everything is very tasty, satisfying. Breakfasts were included in the price, but the variety of dishes simply impressed us. You can also have lunch/dinner. Separately, of course, this is the view of the mountains, cars drive by, but this noise did not bother us. We slept soundly, breathing in the mountain air. I will attach several photos. "I would say lack of customer service. Although the staff were warm & welcoming ( without smile from reception ). The service want to point out is on information & communication regarding an in house service of dinner buffet, which was failed to be mentioned on being seated at the restaurant or at reception."

Check out and ask the hotel how to get to the bus station, saying that there is no public transportation and privately operated vehicles here, the hotel taxi will be sent to the station 4 kilometers 20 lari (at the beginning said 30 lari), if it is sent to our next stop card Hotel 450 lari in Zbek, 420 lari 30 kilometers away! I am curious how do the babies who go to the ancient road solve the traffic? Later, we asked the rooms hotel to pick us up as long as 80 lari (still back and forth!), I think this hotel is very dark."

"We were a group of four, and the apartment was spacious. It had a mini-kitchen fully equipped for cooking. It was a super short, 3-minute walk to the Gudauri gondola lift, very close indeed. The Spar supermarket was only a 1-minute walk away, so the location was incredibly convenient. The apartment also came with a locker for storing sports equipment. It was warm inside, with several radiators for heating, plenty of electrical outlets, and a washing machine. The owner handed us the keys and had everything ready for us, and was always in touch. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! 👍 The only minor drawback was the lack of a simple foldable drying rack for clothes. We had to dry everything on the backs of beds and chairs. Such a small thing would have made our stay even more comfortable. 😃"

"Quiet hotel, suitable for skiing masters, as it is right next to the slopes. It's cool to slide all the way! The landlady was very friendly, and when she saw the children like playing with snow, they found a twisting car. Going skiing on the hillside is especially loving!"
