GGuest UserThe hotel quality exceeded expectations, the room facilities were clean, and the details were in place. The most important thing was that the toilet auntie disinfected each guest one by one. The service staff was very enthusiastic. The hotel provides free laundry service, which is very considerate for travelers. There is a No. 4 bus at the door of the hotel, and it is only a 10-minute taxi ride to Tuancheng. Special thanks to the hotel's manager Zhao for personally sending us to the station on the day of check-out, helping us with our luggage, and even sending us to the ticket hall. The hotel service is worthy of praise. This is a very loving hotel that deserves every guest to stay.

The room facilities are complete, the bedding is dry and the amenities are of good quality, but there is a lack of hand cream or body lotion. I don't know if this is the case for all Atour hotels. It should be prepared in a dry place like southern Xinjiang.
The breakfast is in line with the positioning, the soy milk and spicy chicken are good.
The pick up point was convenient.
The front desk service was good.

GGuest UserThe experience exceeded expectations! The room was clean and bright, the bedding was comfortable and soft, and I slept until dawn. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and the check-in was efficient and fast. The hotel is conveniently located and the surrounding dining and shopping are very convenient. The most surprising thing is the details - free laundry room, late-night porridge to the service, people feel warm. The breakfast is rich in variety, local specialties and Western meals are both. Whether it is a business trip or a tourist accommodation, this is a great choice for Hotan, highly recommended!

The room was clean and tidy with no unpleasant odors, the bed was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The staff were warm and attentive, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth, demonstrating professionalism in every detail. It's incredibly cost-effective, perfect for both business and leisure travel, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

AAnonymous UserI was actually quite happy with this hotel. Parking was decent, and the room was quite large and clean. But… I checked in on July 25th. At 2:48 AM, the door lock kept rattling. Thinking someone had picked the lock, I opened the door three times and checked, but no one was there. Then there was a power outage! Amazing! The entire hotel was out. The key thing was that the emergency light in the room was on. It wasn't blinding, but it was definitely brighter than my night light at home. So I had to force myself to sleep. But that wasn't the end of it! At 5:28 AM, the power came on. Not only did all the lights come on, but the TV turned on automatically too! I finally fell asleep, only to be woken up again. When I checked out that morning, the front desk clerk didn't even say hello, didn't even apologize for the power outage interrupting my sleep, and simply took my room card. Aside from the amenities, shouldn't the front desk have explained the issue? Amazing.

LLikekeThis hotel is definitely the best in Hotan. It is an oasis in the desert. The rooms are large and the environment is like a park. The facilities are complete. We booked a room in Building 6 without an elevator. Miss Gulistan at the front desk upgraded us to Building 2, which was very nice. Recommended. By the way, the breakfast is also great and parking is convenient

GGuest UserI stayed at the Orange Hotel in Yarkand, and also chose the Orange Hotel when I arrived in Hotan. The business twin room was larger and more comfortable. We thought our stay was quite good, so we decided to stay another night, but the same room type was no longer available, so we booked a double bed room. The front desk service was warm and attentive. After we walked around and returned to the hotel, our luggage was already delivered to our extended room. Parking is convenient and entry and exit are free. recommend!

GGuest UserThe room is quite spacious and clean. There is a lake opposite the hotel with a nice view. The waiter sent us a fruit plate in the afternoon! The staff at the door took the initiative to pull the boxes for us, and their attitude was very good! The light in the elevator is not very bright, and the sensor light reacts too slowly, so it is a bit dark when it comes out. I hope it will be corrected soon! There are many varieties of breakfast. I ordered a bowl of ramen in the morning, but it was a big bowl!
