AAnonymous UserI was actually quite happy with this hotel. Parking was decent, and the room was quite large and clean. But… I checked in on July 25th. At 2:48 AM, the door lock kept rattling. Thinking someone had picked the lock, I opened the door three times and checked, but no one was there. Then there was a power outage! Amazing! The entire hotel was out. The key thing was that the emergency light in the room was on. It wasn't blinding, but it was definitely brighter than my night light at home. So I had to force myself to sleep. But that wasn't the end of it! At 5:28 AM, the power came on. Not only did all the lights come on, but the TV turned on automatically too! I finally fell asleep, only to be woken up again. When I checked out that morning, the front desk clerk didn't even say hello, didn't even apologize for the power outage interrupting my sleep, and simply took my room card. Aside from the amenities, shouldn't the front desk have explained the issue? Amazing.

GGuest UserThis stay experience is very satisfactory, must give a good review! The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the attitude is kind, the check-in and check-out are very fast, people feel very warm as soon as they enter the door. The breakfast is rich in variety, delicious, and especially satisfying. The hotel also provides free laundry service, which is too convenient for people who travel; there is free coffee throughout the day, and you can drink a cup at any time. The details are very intimate. The best thing is that there is a free pick-up and drop-off service, which saves worry and money, saving a lot of trouble. The gym can also be used normally, with complete facilities and sports. The overall environment is clean and tidy, the price is super high, the living is comfortable and at ease, it is highly recommended to everyone, and the takeaway robot is too at ease hahaha. I will give priority to this hotel next time I travel!

I am very satisfied. I can recommend it to my friends. I will stay at Hotan Guest House next time I come to Hotan.

GGuest UserThe room is quite spacious and clean. There is a lake opposite the hotel with a nice view. The waiter sent us a fruit plate in the afternoon! The staff at the door took the initiative to pull the boxes for us, and their attitude was very good! The light in the elevator is not very bright, and the sensor light reacts too slowly, so it is a bit dark when it comes out. I hope it will be corrected soon! There are many varieties of breakfast. I ordered a bowl of ramen in the morning, but it was a big bowl!

DDilinuer·abulaitiParking is convenient, check-in is fast, the room is relatively comfortable, the price is not expensive, the environment is good, the room is clean, very enthusiastic, the service attitude is particularly good, the sanitation is very clean, close to the scenic area, easy to get in and out, and overall very comfortable. The room is clean, spacious and bright, with convenient facilities. The service is impeccable, enthusiastic, efficient and basically responsive to all requests. Most importantly, the room rate is affordable, parking is free, and it is very close to the Hotan Museum, within walking distance. It is also very close to the Hotan Old Night Market, and the airport can be reached in less than 15 minutes from the hotel (if there is no traffic jam). Overall, I am very satisfied and you can rest assured to place an order and check in!

DDrift-sjIt feels like it's a bit hidden from the road but it's entrance is actually in very good location. The night market is very close and other restaurants and stores are near. The sound from the elementary school next to it was also a plus point for me. It becomes quiet in the evening. The hotel's name means ”of jade” and the whole city is quite serious about jade. You can actually find one at the river!

This stay was perfect! From the warm and thoughtful smiling service of the front desk staff when checking in, to the clean and comfortable environment in the room, every detail makes people feel warm. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the room is well soundproofed, allowing you to have a good night's sleep. The breakfast has a rich variety, with a reasonable combination of Chinese and Western styles, and even the coffee can be customized with latte art! The location is also very convenient, and the surrounding business districts and attractions are within walking distance. I also received a thoughtful little gift when I checked out. I highly recommend it to all my friends who are traveling!

Must give a thumbs up to the service of this hotel! On the day of check-in, we had too much luggage and the staff took the initiative to help us carry it. When they learned that we were here for a trip, they even hand-drew a map of the surrounding food. If you want to have a midnight snack at night, the room service responds quickly and even the instant noodles are beautifully presented. When I checked out the next day, the lady at the front desk remembered that I liked iced American coffee, so she packed a cup for me to drink on the way. It feels so good to be valued. I will stay here again next time!

The king of cost performance! It's a pleasant surprise to be able to stay in such a high-quality hotel at this price! The room is spacious and bright, equipped with all the necessary facilities such as smart toilet, projector, etc. The bathroom has separate dry and wet areas and a large bathtub. The breakfast is not only rich, but also has freshly made special snacks. The surrounding transportation is convenient, and it only takes 10 minutes by taxi to the high-speed rail station. Compared with hotels of the same price, this one is definitely the ”ceiling”. I have already recommended it to my friends!

GGuest UserThe hotel is not far from Hotan Night Market. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the night market and the park next to it. The hotel has been renovated for quite some time, in an old-fashioned style, but everything is very useful. The shower head is new, with plenty of pressure, and it's very comfortable to take a shower. The room is large and has good air circulation. It's been very hot in Hotan recently, but there's no need to turn on the air conditioner at night.
There is a supermarket and Xinjiang Restaurant downstairs, and the parking lot at the door is also very large, very convenient!

Receptionist who checked me in on Oct 4 evening and Oct 7 noon was pleasant and competent. The other staff I encountered were sullen and unhelpful.
