The three separate bathroom facilities were a nice touch. The hotel key card was quite unique. The service was very friendly. Upon arrival, someone helped with our luggage and delivered it to us after we checked in.

There was also a male manager, whom I believe was wearing a black uniform, whose service was incredibly attentive and personal. He even assisted me with sending a package.

It's brand new this year, and crucially, the room had absolutely no strange odors – a huge plus! The front desk staff were wonderful; the lady was incredibly friendly and impressively efficient. The room decor was exactly my style, and the breakfast was excellent too. For anyone visiting Sayram Lake, staying in Jinghe for a night to rest is actually a really smart move, and this hotel isn't far from the lake. I'll definitely recommend it to my friends, and I'd choose to stay here again if I get the chance.
