A lively food court with a wide selection of food is about a 5-minute drive away. The hotel room was spacious, and even with three beds, it felt comfortable. The lighting was bright and comfortable. The three separate bathroom facilities were a nice touch. The hotel key card was quite unique. The service was very friendly. Upon arrival, someone helped with our luggage and delivered it to us after we checked in.

This hotel was an excellent choice for our family trip! Not only did they have a kids' play area that kept the little ones entertained for ages, but there was also a home theater and a game room, so everyone, both adults and children, found something fun to do. The hotel can also arrange local ecological tours and hiking trips, which was a lovely way to connect with nature. The shuttle service was a huge convenience, saving us a lot of hassle. The in-room fridge was perfect for storing snacks and drinks, and the tearoom had a really elegant and relaxing atmosphere, great for unwinding. Our whole family loved it!

She proactively helped with my luggage upon arrival and carefully arranged a quiet and comfortable room for me. She patiently resolved any hotel-related needs, providing exceptionally thoughtful and heartwarming service. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Jinghe!

Especially the bathroom, which even has Bluetooth so I could listen to music while showering – a dream come true for a music lover like me! Environment: It's right next to Jinghe Ecological Park, so the environment is lovely and quiet. No noise, so you can sleep until you naturally wake up! Hygiene: Spotlessly clean, no strange smells. Next time I'm in Jinghe, I'll definitely choose this hotel again!

It's brand new this year, and crucially, the room had absolutely no strange odors – a huge plus! The front desk staff were wonderful; the lady was incredibly friendly and impressively efficient. The room decor was exactly my style, and the breakfast was excellent too. For anyone visiting Sayram Lake, staying in Jinghe for a night to rest is actually a really smart move, and this hotel isn't far from the lake. I'll definitely recommend it to my friends, and I'd choose to stay here again if I get the chance.
