"Nestled in a park, the location is wonderfully quiet. The young man at the front desk was super enthusiastic and incredibly helpful, always going the extra mile. What's more, they have two adorable dogs, Maomao and Laifu, and even some alpacas waiting for carrots! This was a huge hit with the kids. Dining options are very convenient; a bustling food street is just a 10-minute walk away. We enjoyed strolling back to the campsite after dinner, with a lovely cool breeze in the evening – the kids were thrilled! A small suggestion: The air conditioning in the rooms cools down quite slowly, especially in the larger family rooms. It was still 30°C an hour after checking in, only gradually cooling down later. This might be worth looking into, as the rooms get very hot with the afternoon sun. Thumbs up! We had a very early check-out, and the front desk staff (both the young man and young lady) were incredibly thoughtful, arranging a simple breakfast for us at 7 AM. Their service was truly outstanding! 👍"

"I've never seen such an outrageous hotel! The room was dilapidated, like a construction site, extremely unhygienic, and there was hair on the floor. The worst part was the foot bath: I wanted to get water to wash my feet, but the overhead shower suddenly turned on, soaking my hair completely! There was no air conditioner remote, and the voice control function was practically useless; I even woke up the person next to me in the middle of the night while trying to use the voice commands. An extremely poor experience; avoid this hotel! The facilities are inhumane: I wanted to boil water for a foot bath to relieve fatigue, but something bizarre happened! When I turned on the tap, the overhead shower suddenly sprayed water without warning, drenching me completely! My hair and clothes were soaked! Later I discovered it was due to a bizarre design where the hot and cold water switches were malfunctioning. The air conditioner was terrible: There was no air conditioner remote in the room, advertised as "smart voice control." However, the recognition rate was extremely low, requiring repeated shouting in the middle of the night, which was tiring for me and completely woken up my sleeping companion. The so-called "smart" was actually a complete rip-off. In conclusion: Both the hardware and software were malfunctioning, the management was chaotic, and I strongly advise against anyone choosing this hotel.
