"I made a last-minute decision to stay in Vienna, and it turned out to be surprisingly good. The room wasn't large, but the layout was comfortable, with good natural light and ventilation. It was clean and refreshing, without any dampness or stuffiness. Hot water came on quickly, and the air conditioning was very quiet, so I slept very soundly that night. The staff were all very friendly, not overly enthusiastic, but always ready to help when needed. The overall atmosphere was very relaxing, unlike some hotels that feel cold and impersonal. "Because of work, I come to Jinghe once a month and stay at this hotel, because it is considered a relatively good hotel in Jinghe County, and the single room I stayed in is also the best. In the past, I stayed for one night, arriving at night and leaving early the next morning, but this time I stayed for two days and was very disappointed. First, the room was not cleaned properly, the bathtub was full of dust, and there were even unknown hairs. Second, I continued to stay, and the room was not changed even though I asked for it to be cleaned. The sheets and quilt covers were not changed. I stayed for two days this time because it became cloudy and my knee joints were rheumatic, so I applied a plaster and rested for a day, but the sheets and plaster may have faded. I checked out at eight in the morning, I didn't notice it when I left, but the hotel called me at noon to ask for the bed sheet cleaning fee. I don't know if I understood it correctly. If it was serious, intentional, and it couldn't be washed off normally, I would be willing to pay, but it wasn't obvious and it was easy to wash off normally, so why should I pay? Don't you let the next guest continue to use your bed sheets if they are not dirty at first glance? I told you the next morning to clean the room, but you didn't change my bed sheets, but just replenished the toiletries. I doubt whether you will do the same to the next guest. If it's not obviously dirty, you won't change it. If it's obviously dirty, you ask the guest to charge the cleaning fee. I stayed for another day, and you didn't change the quilt cover and bed sheets. Shouldn't you refund me the relevant fees? Does my room fee include the cleaning fee for the next day?"

"The hotel is a bit out of the way, requiring a bit of a drive from the highway. The surrounding area is popular with residents, hospitals, and schools. A lively food court with a wide selection of food is about a 5-minute drive away. The hotel room was spacious, and even with three beds, it felt comfortable. The lighting was bright and comfortable. The three separate bathroom facilities were a nice touch. The hotel key card was quite unique. The service was very friendly. Upon arrival, someone helped with our luggage and delivered it to us after we checked in."

"Super five-star reviews. We went from Urumqi to Saihu and played in Anjihai. We passed by Jinghe and arrived at the hotel very late. As soon as we entered the door, they greeted us very warmly and kindly. Seeing that we brought children, they gave us fruits. They were afraid that the children could not stay and upgraded the parent-child room for free. They were very considerate. The room was clean. The hardware facilities were very good and super quiet. There was also a laundry dryer. I washed the children's clothes at night. The laundry room was also equipped with air conditioning. The boss was generous. The water in the room was delivered for free by Baisuishan, and Nongfu Spring in the corridor was available for you to pick up. Very satisfactory accommodation experience. It felt like home. The visitor center is 17 kilometers from the scenic area, while this guesthouse is only 8 kilometers away. Each room is a standalone villa, ensuring excellent privacy. The rooms also boast expansive views, with floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides, offering stunning sunset and sunrise views on one side – absolutely amazing! The owner is incredibly kind; when we wanted cantaloupe, he even drove to town to bring it back for us! There's a terrace outside the room, perfect for enjoying the sunset, moon, and stars at night – truly beautiful! The bathroom has a smart toilet, a bathtub, and even a Dyson hairdryer!"

The buns, fried dough sticks, soy milk, cold dishes are all available, and they are delicious. The hotel has to take the elevator upstairs to check in. The room is quite spacious and clean, meeting the basic needs of parking and accommodation."
