"This Wanda Realm hotel in Jinghe was a fantastic experience! The location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. The room was clean and tidy, with a simple yet elegant design. The bedding was comfortable, and I felt completely at ease staying there. The staff were warm, attentive, and had a great attitude. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and tasted good. Overall, it's great value for money. It's definitely my top choice for accommodation when visiting Jinghe, and I highly recommend it!"

"The best hotel I have done in China!
The hotel is excellent and every host is very gentle, very proactive and quick to help and give advice .
At each of my visits I was welcomed by great smiles and warm and professional greetings.
The employees helped me to make the photocopies I needed.
The breakfast was offered to me, it was so varied and delicious that I would pay it next time without hesitation.
I even got back with a little gift bag containing some friandises.
The rooms are modern and clean.
All necessary is available.
I recommend 100%"

"We stayed at this hotel on our way to Sayram Lake, after visiting the Mututaer Desert. It's a newly opened chain hotel with a spacious parking lot and a bright, comfortable lobby. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was also quite varied, including the special Xinjiang salty milk tea. My friend even made a bowl of noodles with a rich tomato flavor, which was great! We arrived a bit late, but the next morning we saw a beverage bar in the lobby and grabbed some drinks before heading off to Sayram Lake."

"Before visiting Xinjiang, I would never have imagined that there would be a Hilton Garden Inn in such a remote county. This newly opened hotel this year has very modern facilities. Although the rooms aren't large, they are well-lit, logically laid out, and have everything we needed, making them very comfortable. The hotel was very quiet, which we appreciated. A special thank you to the young man at the front desk, Mr. Zhang, who not only provided a warm welcome but also promptly helped us change rooms when the air conditioning in our room malfunctioned, greatly improving our stay. Whenever we had a problem, he patiently helped us resolve it; we are very grateful to him!"

"After going to Sailimu Lake, it is very good to live here. The hotel's sanitary environment is very good and the service is very good. There are four bottles of water in each room, that is, one of them was not opened, and it was opened as soon as it was twisted. It may be the negligence of the waiter. "I made a last-minute decision to stay in Vienna, and it turned out to be surprisingly good. The room wasn't large, but the layout was comfortable, with good natural light and ventilation. It was clean and refreshing, without any dampness or stuffiness. Hot water came on quickly, and the air conditioning was very quiet, so I slept very soundly that night. The staff were all very friendly, not overly enthusiastic, but always ready to help when needed. The overall atmosphere was very relaxing, unlike some hotels that feel cold and impersonal. Staying here gave me a sense of security, and it was great value for money. I would definitely recommend it to my friends."

"On the 6th day of coming to Xinjiang, I have stayed in 5 hotels. The boutique hotel is the most comfortable hotel we have stayed in. First of all, the transportation is convenient, whether it is self-driving or with a group, it is easy to find; Second, the front desk staff of the hotel were very enthusiastic. When we entered the door, we saw them smiling and friendly. We also handed us the first cup of red dates and wolfberry tea after the trip, which made us feel warm when we were tired. Third, when I came to the floor of the accommodation room, the first thing I saw was the decoration style of the western region that made people shine, and then entered the room was even more amazing. The overall room space is large enough, 2 large beds of 150*200, snow-white clean sheets, separate spaces for dry and wet separation in the shower and bathroom, the floor is a gorgeous pattern in the Western style, and then equipped with the ancient screen curtain in the corridor, which makes people feel very comfortable. "It was very noisy when two large groups from travel agencies checked in very early in the morning. We were still sleeping. The waiter cleaning was very noisy and entered the wrong room. He came to our room and found that someone had gone out again. I was speechless. Of course, maybe the price can't demand too much service and the bathroom is actually There is no separation of dry and wet areas. After taking a shower, the entire bathroom is filled with water."

"The hotel is a bit out of the way, requiring a bit of a drive from the highway. The surrounding area is popular with residents, hospitals, and schools. A lively food court with a wide selection of food is about a 5-minute drive away.
The hotel room was spacious, and even with three beds, it felt comfortable. The lighting was bright and comfortable. The three separate bathroom facilities were a nice touch.
The hotel key card was quite unique.
The service was very friendly. Upon arrival, someone helped with our luggage and delivered it to us after we checked in."

The rooms are spacious and comes with modern Amenities. Although it’s a bit away from the city center , but if you are here just for a night’s rest , it will be a good choice for travelers to consider .

The hotel as a whole exceeded expectations! The rooms are spacious and bright, the sanitation is spotless, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the hot water is sufficient. The bedding is comfortable and the quality of sleep is very high. The service is particularly intimate, the front desk is warm and courteous, and the rooms are cleaned meticulously. This hotel experience was truly amazing! The rooms were clean and tidy, and the facilities were complete, including a foot massage room and a well-equipped gym. The free washer-dryer combo was especially useful. There was even a mahjong table! The restaurant was clean, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Overall, the service and environment were excellent, making it the most satisfying hotel stay I've ever had.

As we were heading to Sayram Lake, Jinghe County was our chosen stopover. We set off from our Urumqi hotel by car at 2:40 PM and arrived at 8 PM, a 5.5-hour drive. I had been searching for hotels and guesthouses on Ctrip for several days, concerned about cleanliness and hygiene. Reviews mentioned its great environment and park location, which was appealing as I also wanted our kids to experience RV campground living. On the day of arrival, the navigation was straightforward, and it was easy to find. A polite young man at the front desk was incredibly helpful, always assisting with our luggage and answering all our questions. The main draw for me was the lovely environment and its cleanliness. There's a washing machine, and our washed clothes, hung outside overnight, dried perfectly under the warm morning sun – truly convenient! The campground even has four adorable alpacas 🦙, making for a truly enjoyable accommodation experience. It's an ideal stopover for Sayram Lake, and fantastic for family trips!

My stay here was a delightful experience during my trip. The room was impeccably clean and bright, featuring soft, comfortable bedding. The floor-to-ceiling windows provided excellent natural light, and the amenities were brand new and comprehensive. The front desk staff were exceptionally thoughtful and attentive; they actively helped with my luggage and patiently offered recommendations for nearby attractions.
