It is convenient to visit the big attractions in the old city. The appearance of the hotel is atmospheric and the interior decoration is simple and suppressed. It is rare to encounter such a high-quality hotel in Shache. I sincerely recommend it to friends who come to play. I will definitely not step on thunder!

I chose this Atour for my self-guided trip. The facilities and service were actually excellent, but the phrase ”smart toilet” left a bitter taste. I booked this hotel because they advertised ”every room has a smart toilet.” However, this ”smart toilet” only had two features: seat heating and automatic flushing when the lid closes. All the core functions of a smart toilet, such as sensing, washing, and drying, were completely missing. It was more like a regular toilet with basic seat heating. The word ”smart” simply doesn't apply. I brought this up with the hotel immediately. Their response regarding the service was very satisfying – they proactively sent fruit and wet wipes, without any excuses or bad attitudes. Atour genuinely excels in this aspect. There were no other complaints about the stay itself. The bed firmness was just right, soundproofing was good, hygiene was excellent, and the facilities and Wi-Fi all worked smoothly. I had a very restful night – completely up to Atour's usual standards. If I weren't nitpicking about the ”smart toilet” advertisement, I would have given it 5 stars. Currently, I'm giving it 4 stars, with that one missing star due to the discrepancy in advertising. I suggest the hotel either install truly multi-functional products or accurately update the booking page description – for example, ”equipped with a heated toilet seat.” The word ”smart” does not accurately reflect its current actual functions, and guests excitedly booking only to find a huge difference upon arrival truly impacts trust. I'll stay here again next time I drive to Shache, but I hope the booking page description will have been updated by then.

Shache, a county town south of Kashgar, has a more pristine atmosphere. Staying at this hotel was very comfortable; the front desk and security staff were very welcoming. The rooms were large, clean, and tidy, with separate shower and toilet areas, and the shower water was excellent and at a comfortable temperature. The hotel is within 2-3 kilometers of various attractions in the old town, and there is parking available downstairs. There's also a good Hunan restaurant nearby. The hotel's breakfast offers a variety of options and is great value for money.

The breakfast was absolutely terrible. The lady at breakfast was terrifying; she was always yelling and snarling at people. It was really scary. She kept nagging others, and if someone didn't like the bread and took a bite, she'd yell at them. She was incredibly rude and scary. Their toilet paper also smelled bad, and the room was damp and smelly. Overall, it was uncomfortable. The only good thing was the free bottled water; they brought you water from the fridge, but every time you took some, the staff would give you a look or glare, which made you feel uncomfortable. However, it was convenient. In short, the breakfast needs improvement. It was so bad I couldn't even get full; it was awful. There was practically nothing to eat. I hope the hotel can improve the breakfast service and quality. Also, a sign saying ”Free Bottled Water” would be helpful. Thank you, and I hope the hotel improves.

The standard services and rooms do not make people feel like they are in distant Xinjiang. The whole city of Yarkand is dusty, but the hotel room is spotless. It deserves praise! The breakfast in the hotel is good and caters to the appetite of most people in China. I can't fault it. The dinner restaurant recommended by the lady at the front desk is good. The hotel is very good, in the new district, there is an electric bicycle on the right. I rented a car and went directly to Mukamu's hometown restaurant to eat roasted pigeon. The taste was so good. The best pigeon in Xinjiang in 10 days. The old street is also very good to visit.
