"Room was really dirty. Carpet was not really clean, with throwaway cups from last guests. I caught a cockroach myself. Had to shorten my stay, also had to change my plan to visit Budapest... :-( Breakfast was okay in variety and quality, but there were too many guests and staffs were not so professional, nor attentive (although there were many of them)."

"My husband did not get the ordered meal, it was served 20 min later. It was terrible, I guess the chef wanted to finished it too fast so the meat was not fried well. The chips is better at the Mcdonalds then here... The service charge was 10% that is really high considering we paid 8700.- for 3 jugs of limonade +10% --＞ 9570.- (4 adults, 4 boys) So the total amount was schocking for me. "

"The location is very great. But the water in the bathroom keeps changing between cold and hot, making me really annoyed every time I take a shower. I found hair on my pillow on my first day. I booked a double bed but the room has basically two single beds next to each other, causing the big gap in the middle so it really disrupted my sleep. I have asked for instant cancellation on day two but they don't allow that due to stupid policy, even though they failed to provide a clean and decent room."

"Good place to stay, close to shops and restaurants as well as the university campus. The whole city is spotlessly clean and the hotel is well maintained. The hotel is however overheated; even if you cut the air conditioning in the room and open the windows it is still very warm. There is also a random blast of air every few minutes day and night… a nightmare for light sleepers…! Food fabulous and staff very friendly. No qualms about non-mechanical devices!"

"The location is good. It was a bit inconvenient that there was no hotel parking lot and we had to use an external parking lot, but it wasn't bad since there was a parking lot nearby. The slippers, bathrobes, microwave, kettle, and even the coffee were all excellent. The breakfast was delicious, and the reception staff were very friendly. If I ever visit Győr again, I think I would stay at this accommodation again."

"Booked this hotel as we could park our Motorbikes securely in the courtyard. Arrived late and were shown where to put the bikes. The rooms are simply furnished, spotless with air conditioning and a fridge with a number of different drinks. The beds were so comfortable. The hotel is gorgeous, quirkey and the breakfast had a very good selection. The hotel is close to everything and we walked everywhere. The staff at reception were super helpful and spoke English. Only downside is the noise outside your bedroom when we there were kids running riot at 7.00 in the morning in the hall on the way to breakfast. Not the hotels fault at all, just don't expect a lie in. I loved the hotel and watching the bats in the courtyard in the evening and the star gazing."

"The place is in a good location, easily accessible, close to a lot of restaurants and the heart of the city, as well as the main station. The hotel is very neat and beautiful, mixing the classic style with modern furniture. If you arrive later in the evening, there is an online check in method, they will send you all the details, it just takes a few minutes to do by yourself - very easy to do. No need to wait around after arrival, you can just straight go to your room. The rooms are very nice and quiet, it is a perfect place for a decent sleep and relaxation. Everything was just perfect for us, we even had breakfast in the morning - very tasty and quickly made! The staff is very nice and kind. We had a perfect little stay with my sister here! Loved every bit of the hotel. :) (Ps. Sorry, we only made one picture of the breakfast! :D But the pictures on their websites are perfectly accurate of the rooms!)"
