"Beautiful hotel and grounds. Very clean and staff was super friendly. But if you are looking for some fun at the beach rethink. They have extremely limited passes and transportation to beaches. Must bring chairs and umbrella self we were told. We were told to just go Downstairs when we were ready for the beach. At 9:30 when we went to lobby we were told All Passes were gone and no transportation. Meanwhile all staff commented the hotel was empty as it was a Monday."

"The worst trip I ever had. My resevations got cancelled when I arrived. I finally got a room after spending 3 hours with them. The room had the heat on and was 95 degrees. It smelled like must and mildew. It was extremely dirty. There were ants everywhere and the towels and sheets had not been washed. I can go on and on but there were so many things wrong that I will just warn anyone in advance that this is not a hotel but a very, very cheap airbnb that is not worth it at all. The parking lot is so tiny that there are only room for about 20 cars. Housekeeping does not clean your room, only drop off towels. Save your money and rent from an actual hotel. Plus the staff was impossible to get a hold of if you had any issues. It took them 3 days to actually respond to me."
