"The location was its only advantage. The room was old-fashioned, like a guesthouse from 20 years ago. The hygiene was also terrible. The TV cables were a mess, just lying haphazardly on the table. Dust was everywhere, and the bedside lamp was incredibly filthy (see photo). The hairdryer was broken; the head fell off after a while. The mattress was sagging, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. The breakfast was poor quality, with few options and no hygiene. Flies and other insects constantly landed on the vegetables and bread displayed outside. The freshly cooked wontons, supposedly a local specialty, only had wrappers, no filling."

The only downside: there wasn't enough vertical space to hang clothes 🤣, so my washed pants ended up bunched at the bottom. I guess I'm being a bit picky, haha. This was just a temporary stop on my trip, a really peaceful town. Something bad happened today while I was out, and the front desk lady helped me with it.
