"The room cleanliness was so-so, with quite a few stains on the carpet. The hotel's location and environment were good, and the breakfast was quite plentiful. The front desk staff, wearing blue suits, were generally quite friendly. On two separate occasions when I went to collect breakfast vouchers and inquire about entertainment facilities, I was greeted by a woman in a white top, who seemed to be a higher-ranking staff member, but her attitude was poor. She didn't smile, didn't even look up when speaking, and lacked polite language; her attitude was very cold."

"The woman who checked me in had a long face; I don't know who she was trying to impress! The sink in the room had very little water pressure, and the drain was clogged, resulting in a lot of trash coming out of it. The carpet was covered in hair. I was traveling with a child and wanted a clean environment, but this place was even worse than a budget hotel. And the breakfast was truly awful. Not only was the selection small, but it was also incredibly unappetizing. It ended at 9:30, and by 9:00, there was practically nothing left. This is truly the most overpriced, poorly serviced, and unhygienic hotel I've ever stayed in."

"The security service is very poor. Parking is not allowed in front of the hotel, but luxury cars can park there. The air conditioner is really loud and cold if you don't turn it on. The room attendant sent a trailer with a face that looked like ****. The shower head in the bathroom is really flowery, but when you turn it on, it rinses all four walls really clean."

"The front desk staff are very enthusiastic, and the hotel is very close to Jinta Park. You can reach Hancheng Ancient City by walking straight into the park for about 20-30 minutes. It is also convenient to take the bus and is close to the night market. It is just because the hotel is a bit old that the hot water is It takes about 20-30 minutes to turn on the hot water😅. I didn't understand this part on the first day. Isn't it a waste? Later, I felt that the hotel didn't care and we couldn't bear to do anything. After understanding it, we got used to it and everything else was fine. Quite satisfied ☺️."
Hancheng Shiyuan Hotel
"It's a little far from the city center, but it's a small town to begin with, so it doesn't really matter. The ancient town, station, bus terminal, and accommodation are all connected by the city's only bus line. The room was very clean and had air conditioning, but I couldn't use it because there was no remote. (I think air conditioning is an additional charge.) The day after my stay, it was extremely hot, and it would have been difficult without air conditioning, so I decided not to stay overnight and headed to Xi'an. There are frequent trains and buses to Xi'an."
