"We asked for a quiet room with a nice view. Here we are on the ground floor, looking out at the parking lot full of construction vehicles. The website says there are restaurants “adjacent” to the hotel, which to me indicates walking distance. They are not. Eats were a short drive, but not “adjacent” as represented. To be fair, Ma Ma Fia’s was excellent. There is nowhere to open up and unfold a full-sized suitcase, and there is no fold-out luggage rack. We had to use the tiny couch. It’s new, it’s clean, and the pool area is very nice. The bar wasn’t open. The desk clerk was too busy trying to answer the phone and check people in by herself. It was okay for one night in a place where there are no other decent options."

"This is the worst place I have ever stayed. The 1st room we checked into the air didn't work. Why would you put us in there knowing it didn't work. The 2nd room we were put in... the wallpaper was peeling, toliet was very loose and maybe sometime it would flush and sometime not. We had to ask for towels and toliet paper. I was told over the phone when I booked the room that it was $70 a night. I was charged $40 over the phone. When we got there I was charged $30 and $60. I ask why. The lady which didn't speak good English at all replied... the rest of the room rate and deposit. I just assumed that $60 was the deposit. 5 days after we left I still had no refund of the deposit so I called. I only got $30 back. She said it was the deposit. I argued for a minute or so and saw I wasn't going to win, so I said F it and hung up. I was charged $100 for Friday night and $70 for Saturday. I will never ever be back there again!"

"Ok place. The room was clean but the place smelled pretty bad. Maybe because I was near a smoking room but my room was non smoking so I was quite unhappy with the stench. For a one night stay though it was fine, clean room and felt safe there. Think it was a little overpriced for what I got"
