"The room was cleaned very clean, the towels and bath towels were very new and should have just been replaced, the air conditioning and cooling effect was very good, the environment was very quiet at night, there was no noise, the waiter was very enthusiastic to go out and come back and give two more mineral water, and remind the items when leaving the store. "The hotel boasts a grand ambiance and exceptional service. The front desk staff efficiently processed check-in, and the rooms were impeccably clean. The housekeeping staff were very polite, and when we discovered we had left something behind after check-out, the hotel quickly helped us find and return it – a heartwarming and professional gesture! The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, including freshly made morning tea, Western desserts, and complimentary fruit, all of which were to our liking. The swimming pool water was clean and clear, and the children had a great time! Everyone was very satisfied! We will definitely choose Century Grand Hotel again next time!"

"The waiters at the hotel are very warm and considerate, and they will smile and say hello when they enter and exit. The consultation questions will be very enthusiastic to introduce the surrounding routes and places to play. It is really a response to everything and very warm. There are also many choices in the breakfast room, and the food is very comfortable! It is very close to the high-speed rail station and bus station, and it is also very close to the Yangming Museum and Hot Water Resort. It is very happy to play. There is also a self-service coffee in the lobby on the first floor of the hotel, and a self-service laundry room. When there is no time to wash clothes, I ask the front desk lady. They are very happy to help me wash and dry them back to the room. This price is really warm. Next time I come, I will choose this hotel to stay and experience the feeling of home!"
