"When I visit Furukawa, I check if Tomoe Hotel is available first. The location is good, the staff is good, and the breakfast is good. The room is not too bad. The unit bath is the same as a business hotel. The air conditioner has an AI comfort function, which I felt was new. What surprised me was the bath. The staff was humble and said, ”It's small, so if you don't mind, please use it,” but it was not! It was just right for me. I think three people is the best. If there were more than that, it might feel cramped. By chance, no one was in the room and we had it all to ourselves, and the free foot massage machine was surprisingly good. It was also good that there were two types of hot water available! I could hear a little snoring from the person in the next room, which didn't bother me, but it bothered my wife. This is the only hotel in front of the Furukawa station (there are inns and private lodgings)."
"The hotel is beautifully situated by the river. It was snowing heavily when we checked in, and from our room window, we enjoyed beautiful views of the snow-covered town and the temple rooftops across the river. Every staff member was incredibly polite, and the hot springs, with both indoor and outdoor options, were very relaxing. Each guest party dines in a private room, offering serene views of a charming courtyard. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay."
"This is a hotel that makes me feel like a house.
The surrounding environment is quiet and the location is excellent, so I can spend a peaceful time.
The food is delicious and hospitable, I can't finish it.
I decided to stay. Thank you"
