"We stayed at this hotel for three nights. We had a problem with the toilet right upon check-in—it was broken. I went down to reception, explained the problem, and they immediately moved us to a different room, which was slightly smaller than our original. The staff was very nice and friendly. The breakfasts at the hotel are decent, but keep in mind that if you arrive late, you risk not being served a full meal, as food may not be refilled during breakfast. The hotel offers a complimentary sauna, hammam, and jacuzzi, which was a pleasant surprise. We used the sauna twice. The sauna administrator was very nice. However, I have to say that the sauna room itself is very inconveniently designed. Women's and men's lockers are located in the hallway. You need to bring towels and slippers and go to the spa area to change in the shower. After using the services, you have to go back out into the hallway, still wet, to get your things and change in the wet shower. The shower only has shower gel, so you can't take a full shower. But the sauna and hammam themselves are very nice. We also used the spa services and had a massage—we got a good discount. If I'm not mistaken, the massage for two cost us 700,000 rubles, but we paid around 500,000 rubles. The hotel is in a good location, and the photos are completely accurate. Overall, it's a pleasant place to stay with friendly staff and amenities."

"The rooms are very nice and clean, had no problem whatsoever. The staff are very nice and helpful, they really want to help you throughout your stay. The breakfast are delicious and plentiful, we even had the chance to try their diner service and it was great ^^ a lot of variety in the menu and the service was fast and amazing. Only thing I have to say is that it’s a bit far from any restaurants, I personally didn’t mind walking around to look for options but it’s a a bit of walk. Nothing too scary, the area is very friendly and smiling 😅"

The room we had is big and spacious, very well kept, with very super comfortable beds, good a/c, and we slept well. They rent good mountain bikes which we had all week. You have a good choice of breakfast, and tea, coffee, juice. Thank you for a wonderful stay !!! Staying here really added to our time in this area."

"The hotel is located on the pedestrian street, perfect for evening strolls. Getting around by taxi or motorbike is also convenient, as the distances aren't too far. The included breakfast wasn't very good for my taste. Rooms without windows have a slight air conditioning smell upon arrival, making them a bit musty."
