"A wonderful resort amongst the beauty and nature of Ninh Binh and offered some peace and quiet after coming from busy cities. The room was wonderful and had everything I needed. I love that I had a private pool but unfortunately not warm enough to use. I did try to have a bath but there wasn’t enough hot water to fill it up so something to keep in mind. I did have some furry little friends visit during the night and sometimes when I was in my room but they were harmless, to be expected when in nature and they enjoyed the complimentary fruit. Kin and all staff were so kind, lovely and helpful and made my stay one to remember."

"We only stayed for one night, but we had enough time to appreciate the cleanliness and service. The owner was very attentive and friendly. The hotel is new and the plumbing is in good condition. It was quiet, and we slept very well."

"The rooms are very nice and clean, had no problem whatsoever. The staff are very nice and helpful, they really want to help you throughout your stay. The breakfast are delicious and plentiful, we even had the chance to try their diner service and it was great ^^ a lot of variety in the menu and the service was fast and amazing. Only thing I have to say is that it’s a bit far from any restaurants, I personally didn’t mind walking around to look for options but it’s a a bit of walk. Nothing too scary, the area is very friendly and smiling 😅"

"The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, but it's convenient for visiting major attractions like Hoa Lu Ancient Capital. There aren't many dining options nearby. However, the breakfast provided by the hotel is decent, and the room size is good for two people. The bathroom is small but functional. The breakfast selection and taste are okay, but they started clearing everything away at 8:50 AM even though they claim service stops at 9:30 AM, which is really unreasonable. The front desk staff were friendly. The room's soundproofing isn't great, and it felt quite noisy, especially in the mornings. The mattress is large and comfortable. There's no shower curtain next to the bathtub in the bathroom, so water easily splashes out onto the floor."

"Rooms very clean , owner was great help as English was low , only issue was that when she wasn’t around the young son didn’t understand much and made it frustrating to get any assistance with small things like toilet paper or shower gel , apart from that great location and shower room with bath was fine"

"My stay at the hotel was perfect: the room was clean and quiet, the staff helped me out a lot when I got sick, owner showed me the map and what I can do around. Very important thing: they have absolutely stunning bikes to rent. New, not broken as everywhere and very comfortable to use for long distances. Also they have small cafe at the territory and  western style coffee was absolutely great there. I didn’t eat at the hotel apart of breakfast so can’t say anything about the food. I would only add more western style options for the breakfast such as simple omelet // sunny side up.  Overall everything was great, thank you!"

"This hotel is one of the favorite I have stayed at ever! The location is so peaceful and perfectly located bewteen all the busy attractions. Get a scooter or bike from the hotel and enjoy all the area has to offer. The pool is very calming and clean, the rooms are great (amazing bed, shower, AC) and the breakfast loaciton is so cool. Breakfast is fantastic, best pho we have had in a long time. Even though there are so many good parts about this place, the best part of this place is the STAFF. Alex and Haa and the others felt like family, we stayed 5 days and were sad to leave!"
