Enjoy a short walk on trails through our woods or find the Superior Hiking Trail and COGGs trails less than a mile away. Relax by our garden. The yurt has a deck and chairs, a seasonal screen door to enjoy the breeze, a woodstove, a propane cookstove, an outhouse, and a bucket sink.The spaceExpect to enjoy a rustic stay! The woodstove is the primary heat source for the yurt. If you don't know how to build a fire, please let us know-- we have provided instructions and are also happy to assist. There is no running water at the yurt (there is, however, water provided and a bucket sink). The outhouse is a short walk from the yurt.Other things to noteThe woods are home to many creatures, and as the yurt is a semi-permanent structure in the woods, we have seasonal pesky visitors (mosquitoes, mice, etc).
