If you’d like extra items or have personal preferences, you are welcome to bring those.THE LOCATIONThe home is within walking distance of downtown Frederick and a 3 minute drive to the nearest highway (Highway 70). The neighborhood is vibrant and close to nightlife.HEATING AND COOLINGA ductless mini split heating and cooling system keeps the temperature perfect year-round. The temperature can be adjusted using the remotes that are mounted to the wall, but all units must be on the same setting, that is all must be on heat or all must be on cooling.INTERNETFast internet can accommodate multiple streaming devices, browsing the Internet, virtual meetings, and gaming.THINGS TO DOVisit Downtown Frederick’s antique shops, breweries, and restaurants which are all within walking distance.
