Katasha at the front desk was amazing and really helped us troubleshoot shoot an issue with our reservation that was not their fault at all, absolutely went above and beyond. She was also very kind to my daughter who was going through a really tough time. Absolutely will stay again!!!

嘉嘉蓉American breakfast, waffle, newer facilities, no lift. The rooms are clean, the transportation is convenient and convenient, the service is thoughtful and meticulous, and the attitude is cordial. Recommended to stay.

GGuest UserNo extra service, just standard. They booked us 60+ on the fourth floor & then told us the elevator was not working! They were booked so nothing could be done. Glad one of us didn’t have a wheelchair! Disappointed in Sleep Inn, I expected a little more friendliness/welcoming. I also booked a non smoking room. When we finally climbed 4 flights of steps due to elevator broken, opened the door to the Room & it smelled smokey & the air conditioner was turned off! It was steaming hot in the room! I won’t be booking at this hotel anymore. Very disappointed Sleep Inn- Frederick, Maryland!!!
