"I stayed here for four days before leaving for Mallorca, and despite a small mix-up (not the fault of the staff), I have to say I had a great time. The staff was attentive to every detail and customer service, and the rooms were modern with air conditioning, kettles, smart TVs, and many other amenities. The panoramic terrace was fantastic, the gym was great, and the breakfast was remarkable. What can I say... I felt truly pampered. I'll definitely be back! Thanks again for the wonderful stay."

"We stayed two nights. The single room with bed on the sofa very spacious and clean. Kitchen equipped with everything necessary to make yourself food. The swimming pool is perfect for big and children. A little difficult to reach restaurants and coffee foot. They are not far away but walking under the sunset makes the 15 minutes tough. We'll be back."

"We really felt at home, and they welcomed us with a warm smile and a very tight hand. They made us look at our room immediately and then accompanied us to see everything around, pool, relaxation area, barbecue, i.e. excellent hospitality and reception. They were interested in knowing whether we had already known where to go to the area, what to see and where to eat, otherwise they would have advised us something. To tell you how nice the place is and how amazing people are who manage it, instead of going to the sea, we decided to stay there, in their pool, because we felt so well at home and were treated so well that we went to the sea. We had no desire for the beach, and I love the sea, and I could never suffer the swimming pools; at lunch, without telling us anything, they swept us with a snack made by them, and delighted us with a good bottle of local white wine. Last thing, but not the least important, they have a dog and at least 4/5 cats, plus a chicken (maybe they have more, but I have seen that ) And being a lover of animals, especially cats, they are already overpromoted for me only for that. I haven't found a better structure at the moment in Empire, for me it won."

"We arrived at Villa Giada Resort on Thu 3rd August 2023 seeking accommodation after reception had closed. We had spent almost two hours searching for alternative accommodation having foregone our booking at another establishment in the region of Imperia, due to its inaccessibility to senior citizens. Fortunately, our despair was witnessed by (we believe) the Manager who was seated nearby. This lovely lady solved our dilemma by opening the office and the computer system to book us into a beautiful suite for the night. We were escorted to this room by another kind member of staff. We were extremely grateful for the compassion shown by both ladies and the generosity of not turning us away. We loved the resort, the view, the breakfast and the friendly staff, whose service was exemplary. Thank you so much!"

"We have been visiting this hotel for the past 15 years and always receive a warm welcome from Luca and his family. Luca maintains the highest standards at his hotel and the property is kept spotless. Nothing is too much trouble for him. As well as the comfortable room with crisp white sheets there are modern bathrooms with fluffy towels and great rain shower. In your room there is a small fridge with drinks and snacks topped up each day. There is even a water fountain to provide you with cold still or sparkling water and he even provides the bottles for you to top up when required. The hotel provides beach towels and a beach bag and umbrellas if it happens to rain. There is a 24 hour reception and there is great secure parking for motorcycles as well as cars. The hotel is within easy walking distance to both the town and lovely sandy beach. If the weather isn’t great there is a small bar area in the hotel with a cosy comfortable lounge area with sofas. You always get a delicious breakfast with homemade cakes, focaccia and jams as well as a choice of omelette, scrambled eggs or fried egg made to order along with great coffee made for you. It is always a pleasure to stay and the hotel is under rated at 3 star as it is far better than many 4 star hotels in the area as well as being more comfortable and friendly. Thank you Luca for a wonderful stay and we look forward to seeing you next year Peter & Hilary"

"The hotel is very comfortable and the staff are very friendly. The room is large, the bathroom is spacious, the TV is large, the bed is comfortable and the room is clean. But the shower, captain, had a problem because the glass antes were not running well and need to be fitted; there was no support inside the shower where to put detergents and so on; the box had a large hole where the key was inserted. The bathroom plates, the wall plates, could be cleaner even if I realize that some cleaning is part of the so-called large cleaning. The hotel is very comfortable and is very comfortable and comfortable."

"I was only one night, quiet and very comfortable atmosphere. Perfect rooms and bathrooms, perfect kitchen. All very comfortable, we played tennis in the morning under the structure. The staff is nice and sympathetic. Advised, I'll certainly come back."
