"The hotel itself was fine, with breakfast included. The problem was with Trip.com. My wife and I carefully checked everything to avoid mistakes before booking and confirmed the booking before submitting. We searched for a non-smoking twin room, and since there was availability, we booked it. However, upon checking in, we discovered we had booked a smoking double room! We managed to get it changed to a non-smoking room at the hotel, but it felt like we'd been tricked. Later, when I checked the confirmation email from Trip, it also showed a smoking double room. It was our mistake not to check the confirmation email, but we have no idea how this change occurred. In the future, I've learned that it's important to carefully review confirmation emails and also confirm with the hotel to avoid mistakes. I've heard a lot about problems with hotel booking sites lately, and this was a good lesson learned. This was our second time staying at this hotel, but we booked through a different booking site."

"We booked a 2-night stay for 2 people. On the first day, we expected the receptionist to be there, but when we went to our room, it was set up for one person, and everything was for one person, which was very inconvenient. The next morning, the receptionist was also gone. It wasn't until we returned home on the second day that we explained the situation from the first day, and they refunded us the difference for the single-person room. We hadn't even asked for a refund, and I was impressed by their prompt and thoughtful response. So, in conclusion, if the staff are there, they will provide polite and kind service. One suggestion would be that the microwave, which is only installed on the second floor, could be placed on every floor, which would be very helpful. Thank you for your hospitality."

"The advantages of Victoria City are its proximity to the JR station and good hygiene. However, the facilities are too basic; most rooms don't have toilets, and you have to pay extra for a superior room with a toilet. Basically, the superior room just has an extra toilet… Thankfully, they don't raise prices during the Takato Castle cherry blossom season, which is relatively reasonable."

"I was able to run on the forest road to the top. It is inferior to Jinmagatayama, but I am satisfied with the super view of Ina Valley. Unlike the mineral springs that the country says, it is disappointing due to the boiling circulation of mountain water. Although it is not as good as kaiseki, rock fish did not come out of the only local dish in the inn. I think the pottan toilet, heavy futon, blankets and steep stairs are severe for the elderly. The lady general will take care of you if you are tired of urban life."
