"The hotel itself was fine, with breakfast included. The problem was with Trip.com. My wife and I carefully checked everything to avoid mistakes before booking and confirmed the booking before submitting. We searched for a non-smoking twin room, and since there was availability, we booked it. However, upon checking in, we discovered we had booked a smoking double room! We managed to get it changed to a non-smoking room at the hotel, but it felt like we'd been tricked. Later, when I checked the confirmation email from Trip, it also showed a smoking double room. It was our mistake not to check the confirmation email, but we have no idea how this change occurred. In the future, I've learned that it's important to carefully review confirmation emails and also confirm with the hotel to avoid mistakes. I've heard a lot about problems with hotel booking sites lately, and this was a good lesson learned. This was our second time staying at this hotel, but we booked through a different booking site."

"I stayed at this hotel while participating in a two-day cycling race. The facilities were relatively new and the stay was comfortable. However, the check-in time was incorrect. When I arrived just before the stated check-in time of 2 PM, I was told it was after 4 PM, which was a bit of a hassle. Since I checked in early, I skipped the venue's showers, thinking I could take a bath, but the person in question was riding in the pouring rain and got dirty and soaked. My parents were supporting me without umbrellas, so their clothes were soaked and muddy...
