"The view was beautiful, the facilities were very nice, and the turndown service was excellent. The staff were friendly, but the information was a bit lacking. The hotel was crowded on the second day of our two-night stay, likely due to a group event. It would have been nice to have received advance notice, but there wasn't. We were told breakfast would be served at Spices Kitchen, and while the first day's breakfast was excellent, on the second day, due to a group event, we went from the Palace Hotel to Spices Kitchen, only to be told breakfast wasn't available there, which was disappointing. We were directed to the Palace Restaurant, which was a hassle. They said the menu was the same, but it was buffet-style and didn't provide a menu, so we had to ask for it separately. Also, the milk and yogurt were kept at room temperature... If they had told us in advance that we wouldn't be able to eat at the breakfast restaurant due to the group event, I would have understood, but there wasn't any such notice, which was disappointing. We were disappointed that we missed our chance to enjoy breakfast at Spices Kitchen. After checking out, I wanted to enjoy tea at the Lake Lounge, but due to an event, screens were being set up, blocking the view, so I gave up and headed straight to Lucerne. I was disappointed that I couldn't fully enjoy my two nights, but the Bürgenstock Hotel was impressive, and there were many things about it that made me want to visit again."

"The room is clean and has water, which is rare. The location and scenery are good, especially during breakfast. You can enjoy the Swiss countryside while having breakfast. It feels very good. I highly recommend it."

"Frankfurt exhibition later Switzerland self-driving tour, carefully selected this hotel, not only did not disappoint, but also made me and my family surprise the hotel's beautiful lake and mountains! The lake view room and mountain view room are beautiful! Hotel service is great, the little handsome guy is warm to help carry luggage, warm and humorous, breakfast and dinner are good! Good hotel!"

"My daughter and I stayed here for one night while travelling to Italy. It’s convenient and at the same time its position between the lake and mountains enabled us to get a taste of typical Swiss scenery. The staff speak English and it appears the hotel has a lot of British guests from Leger Holidays. Our room was large but very utilitarian. There was no kettle or fridge. We enjoyed our dinner there and breakfast was good although some items were sparse as the coach guests had been through. Our meal was expensive for what it was but we expected that."

"The beds are very comfortable and clean! The scenery is pleasant, I will go on vacation next time! Be sure to bring a comfortable swimsuit for a dip in the lake. The breakfast is rich in variety and there are supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient. The only drawback is that it is a bit far from the station, which is a bit inconvenient if you are not driving by yourself."

"Very clean hotel, fantastic service at the counter. Easy access via bus (just 3 stops from Stans), and bus stop is right outside the hotel. There is a fuel station just outside the hotel so it was convenient to get breakfast and other snacks. Toilet lights are motion sensor which is good for energy saving, but it auto turns off while we are in the shower as the timer might be too short. No fridge in hotel room though, but be slightly inconvenient for families with young children that need to store milk."

"This resort is really great. Many politicians who come to Switzerland for meetings will choose to vacation here. This is also where Hepburn got married. It is very good, with good food, good accommodation, and great facilities. I highly recommend it. The highlight of the entire Swiss trip is this hotel."

"Overall the hotel is good to stay and the lady boss is very friendly. But there are two things need to be improved. The bed is too high and the bed side is made of thin wood, the fabric which covers the wood is broken, which hurts the skin. We had two courses dinner in hotel which cost 70 CHF per person, one half-plate salad(chef specially made for us as we want to eat some vegetables)and one beef, the beef is very very salty. The food quality wasn’t match with the price. During our more than one month travel in Europe, this meal is one of the most expensive but taste the worst."

"The hotel is absolutely stunning, like stepping into a fairyland. The infinity pool is particularly beautiful. Welcome fruit, chocolates, and nuts are served in the room. The facilities are complete and exquisite. The front desk service is exceptionally warm and attentive. The breakfast is very plentiful; the only downside is the long wait for service. Dinner is exquisite. A complimentary minibar is available. Ideal for families who prefer privacy and a quiet vacation!"
