"This hotel has a lot of character and a great location, right at the foot of Jungfrau, just a one-minute walk from the train station. The room was small but clean and tidy, with good quality bedding and toiletries. There's a coffee machine in the room, but no kettle. The city tax is CHF 5.3 per person, and you'll receive a visitor's card for discounts on things like cable cars. The hotel has a wellness center and sauna, so don't forget your swimsuit! The breakfast is quite good for a 3-star hotel, and the restaurant terrace offers breathtaking views. It's a car-free village, so if you're driving, you'll need to park your car at Lauterbrunnen train station."

"This hotel is absolutely beautiful and has a charming, vintage feel. Even though Wengen is nestled in the mountains, the views are truly stunning – snow-capped peaks and the 'dreamy hillside' are right before your eyes! We booked two rooms: the garden suite was exquisitely decorated (a shame it didn't have a balcony, as it was a duplex top-floor attic), and the balcony room offered delightful views from its balcony. Both had their own unique charm."

"Location was considerably near train station but required a steep uphill walk towards it, was a challenge with heavy luggages. Quiet neighborhood, with a nice village view from the balcony and fresh air. Breakfast spread was decent. Reception counter was not manned all the time, especially late at night or early mornings. Hairdryer was not available in the room, had to use the common one in the basement sauna changing room."

"Beausite Park Hotel & Spa boasts a beautiful location with lovely grounds, but be warned: the walk up from the Interlaken West train station is brutal with luggage. Definitely communicate with the hotel in advance to arrange a transfer - you'll thank me later! Once you're there, the staff is truly wonderful - attentive, helpful, and always smiling. They are a real credit to the hotel. However, the overall atmosphere felt a little...stuffy. The other guests seemed a bit reserved and formal, which may not appeal to everyone. The spa facilities are excellent and well-maintained. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with beautiful views and top-notch service (from the staff!), this could be a good choice. Just be prepared for a potentially challenging arrival and a slightly more formal ambiance than you might expect."

"The Brown Bear Hotel is not in the small town of Interlaken. In Wengen, similar to a village, Wengen is very international and the small village is beautiful. Self-driving, the car can be parked in the parking lot below the Lauterbrunen train station, go up the 7th floor to buy a ticket to take the train to Wengen, about 12 minutes, almost every hour and half there are cars, the train up the mountain this section, a worthwhile trip. The hotel is less than 200 meters from the train station. In the commercial center of the small village, this street is full of hotels, restaurants, shopping malls. From the hotel balcony, it is very convenient to climb to the top. From Wengen Station, get off at Kleighn and transfer once, you can go directly to the Jungfrau. The hotel room is not big, but it is enough. The connecting room for the three candidates is a door in the middle of the two standard rooms, so there are two bathrooms and two balconies, suitable for a family of three or four with big children. Breakfast buffet in the restaurant downstairs, cheese hot pot for dinner is delicious. Go to Jungfrau, you can buy tickets on the official website, get on the bus directly from Wengen, do not have to return to Interlaken, Wengen is the must point of one of the lines. The cable car station opposite the hotel is highly recommended to take the cable car. You can walk. There is a 20-minute experience route and a longer hiking route. The scenery on the mountain is beautiful. Wengen is a good place worth living in than Interlaken, very Swiss."

"The location is average, not the city center. Although there are buses very close to the hotel, the fare is quite expensive. A small shop selling cigarettes opposite the PS Hotel to buy a ticket 2.4 one-way seems to be a little cheaper than the original price. Uber is about 8 euros to the National Opera, so if there are a lot of people, Uber is more suitable. The room is very large. I booked a triple room without telling the front desk much. When I entered the room, there were three single beds. It was spacious and the mattress was very comfortable. The sanitary condition is very good. But there is no toothpaste, toothbrush, or slippers. The breakfast is very pleasantly surprised at the price of this room rate and is commendable. The service staff is very good. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the airport by Uber, less than 20 euros. If you book a taxi at the front desk, it costs 35 euros."

"Although the location of the hotel is on the uphill section of the town, you can contact the hotel to pick you up after arriving at the train station. The room is very large, the balcony view is super beautiful, you can directly see the Jungfrau Mountain. The service staff is also very good, specially giving us an updated version of the map and some travel advice. The breakfast was great, the coffee was all you can drink, and I knew we were going up the mountain and filled us with a pot of hot coffee. Overall it feels great!"
