"酒店位於新區，地上地下停車方便，房間大，但是硬件可以，新開，進房開窗透氣就好。
但是服務跟不上，以下客觀評價：
1.通過攜程預訂，到店後給證件，找不到預訂訊息。拿出攜程預訂記錄，人工錄入，手動價格。等了十多分鐘，總算辦理好。
2.一家人出行，定了兩間花園高級雙床房。客房分佈呈U型，前台工作人員給了10房和13房，上樓後發現，分佈在兩端，如圖。下樓和服務員解釋，有長者孩子，能否安排相鄰，或者同一側？工作人員先反問：入住的時候是否沒有特地説？出來了15天，第一次遇到這種問題。工作人員操作，繼續等待，給了房卡，結果發現衹是換樓層，還是兩頭，這個上一個毫無區別。可見工作人員對房間分佈並不熟悉。其實直接説：不能，或者提前告知，我們完全可以理解。
3.每個房間四小瓶礦泉水，冰箱還有兩瓶。因為位置在新區，飯店少，外賣送達1小時左右，決定泡麪。在樓下大堂買了泡麪，電話前台要四瓶礦泉水。工作人員聽到要水後，反問：冰箱還有兩瓶水，您是否看到？回答：看到了，需要泡麪。住了這麼多年賓館，第一次要礦泉水還需要解釋。
4.先和長者在一間房，吃完飯和孩子到第二間房，進房發現，冰箱衹有一瓶水，鞋盒並未推進去，這個難道不是每個房間統一的？兩個房間一對比就有了。
以上均為事實，也有圖片為證。從來沒給過差評，這次必須給了，硬件行，軟件差太大，對不起這個牌子和價格。工作人員説是因為交接班，還説是因為國外工作系統。個人認為這些都不能作為理由，因為以上兩種情況是常態，常態問題都這樣，突發問題更應對不來。"

"Because it was set at a business banquet near the government, I found this nearest hotel. As soon as I entered the lobby, the manager would pour a cup of red dates and ginger tea to go cold. There was also a waiter to help with the luggage. The front desk was quiet and polite. I would say hello at the front desk. The breakfast was also very good. Very cost-effective! The room was clean and tidy. The key was to stay in a room without heating in the south for a few days. There was floor heating too Xinfu. The warm service of all the staff made us very satisfied. What else is wrong? This is the best in winter."

"The service is awesome! The winery museum experience is unique! This hotel perfectly combines comfortable accommodation with a deep wine culture. Special thanks to Zhang Shu, the front office supervisor, for his warm service! From the ”send room” guidance at check-in to the help of ”ordering meals” arrangements, everything is arranged properly and thoughtfully. The most surprising thing is that Director Zhang personally took us to visit and explain the hotel's own wine culture museum, saw the winemaking workshop, let us open our eyes, is the biggest highlight of this trip! The hotel environment is elegant and comfortable, full of wine atmosphere. Highly recommended to all friends who want to experience the unique winery culture and enjoy high-quality service! Five-star praise is well deserved!"

"The hotel is new and clean, the room layout design is very like, but a little bit not very good: the bathroom is dry and wet, a little worried about the towel will be wet; the hot water seems to be a bit slow, but there is, the temperature is also enough.

I chose this hotel located near the headquarters of the Yijiu Group in Xinghua Village, Shanxi. Very close to the high-speed exit, there is a separate parking lot, surrounded by wine restaurants and various noodle shops. The room decoration quality is good, the facilities are complete, the bedding is clean, the smart toilet is easy to use, there is an elevator, there is breakfast, but the breakfast variety and production have room for improvement, and the work is a bit rough. The price is not expensive, it is good to have the above feelings, and the overall evaluation is satisfactory.

GGuest UserIt is a family hotel with a yard in the middle. I live in a room on the second floor. It is comfortable and clean. Remember that the train station is really far from the city.
