"The room is small, but very quiet. It does not come with a bag, so it is not convenient to pack your old clothes. When I was having breakfast, I hadn’t finished yet, but the waiter kicked me out. He said, “We are closing, eat faster…” I’ve stayed in so many hotels, but this was the first time I was kicked out. I was quite angry 😠😠😠 But because I had my children with me, I didn’t care. On April 21, 2023, my friends and I stayed in Guishan Villa. When we drove away on the morning of April 22, we accidentally left a backpack containing ID cards, driving documents and valuables in the parking lot of the villa. On the same day, the staff on duty at the parking lot of the villa discovered it and took proper care of it. After I found out that the backpack was lost, I contacted the main station by phone. The male and female staff on duty that day were very enthusiastic and helped to find it. One of the male staff surnamed Qin went to the parking lot to look for it. I contacted and verified, and after the staff confirmed that it was correct, I used the rest time to send the backpack directly back to my home. What moved me even more was that the staff of Guishan Villa thoughtfully gave me several ideas in order to save me some courier fees.
