"First, I must commend the hotel staff for their problem-solving attitude; they upgraded our room. However, problems arose as well. Due to unstable water pressure on the higher floor, the adults experienced inconsistent water temperature during our first shower. After reporting this to the front desk, a maintenance worker came several times to adjust the water (kudos to him!), but ultimately couldn't fix it. It wasn't a technical issue on his part, and we didn't dare let the children shower there. The next day, the front desk proactively called and moved us to a lower floor. Although the water temperature was still a bit unstable, it was much better than the first night. The hotel also provided breakfast for the children for two days. I don't usually leave bad reviews, and the hotel was very proactive in resolving the issue throughout. However, they really need to improve their water supply system; otherwise, it's just a temporary fix. Also, the piles of clean sheets and trash in the hallways after cleaning were really annoying… I'm grateful to Ctrip for helping me communicate with them; the Ctrip platform is very reliable."
