"The rooms were clean and tidy, and the service was warm and thoughtful, making for a super comfortable stay. The garage was under maintenance, but the front desk staff enthusiastically helped us find a parking space. Breakfast was also good, with a great selection of dishes, pastries, fruits, and more!"

"Traveling with elderly family members and children, I booked 2 rooms. Since the elderly have limited mobility, the front desk graciously upgraded us to a more accessible room type—a big thumbs-up to the staff! The lack of smart home amenities was a bit inconvenient, though given the hotel's age, upgrading those probably isn't easy. Didn't use the bathroom, so no comment there. The bed linens and towels are of better quality than those at lower-priced hotels. However, the soundproofing is truly poor. There was a meeting or year-end corporate event happening on the same floor, and the sound system kept blasting until 9:30 PM. After that, we could hear kids running around, pulling chairs, dragging tables, and scraping the walls... The breakfast offers a rich variety of options, covering both Chinese and Western choices. There are 7 or 8 types of drinks, various soups and congees, Cantonese dim sum, XLB (soup dumplings), pizza, ice cream, mutton soup, Hu辣 soup, and tofu pudding. There is plenty to choose from, and the flavors cater to most palates. Overall, the service attitude was good, and staff responded quickly. They even gave us a small parting gift upon check-out. The stay was mediocre, the food was just so-so, but parking is convenient. At this price point, it's getting close to Hilton prices, so the value for money is... questionable."

"Our stay was absolutely amazing! The environment is quiet and the ambiance is great. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The biggest surprise was the full-length mirror in the room, perfect for taking photos! It's also close to the night market and shopping mall, making it super convenient for food, drinks, and entertainment."

"The toilet is not very soundproof, and the sound of the next door can be heard clearly in the bathroom. Everything else is fine, there is a sliding door between the vision and the bedroom. The entrance can also be cooked small. There is a supermarket tens of meters nearby, and the wholesale market is behind."

"The hotel environment is the same as the photo, clean, very design-oriented, very friendly and the service is very good. I will choose here next time. Good location, convenient transportation, comfortable and sanitary rooms, enthusiastic service staff, and the key is not expensive. This price and service level are awesome"

"First, I must commend the hotel staff for their problem-solving attitude; they upgraded our room. However, problems arose as well. Due to unstable water pressure on the higher floor, the adults experienced inconsistent water temperature during our first shower. After reporting this to the front desk, a maintenance worker came several times to adjust the water (kudos to him!), but ultimately couldn't fix it. It wasn't a technical issue on his part, and we didn't dare let the children shower there. The next day, the front desk proactively called and moved us to a lower floor. Although the water temperature was still a bit unstable, it was much better than the first night. The hotel also provided breakfast for the children for two days. I don't usually leave bad reviews, and the hotel was very proactive in resolving the issue throughout. However, they really need to improve their water supply system; otherwise, it's just a temporary fix. Also, the piles of clean sheets and trash in the hallways after cleaning were really annoying… I'm grateful to Ctrip for helping me communicate with them; the Ctrip platform is very reliable."

"The room was large and clean, the staff's service was very good, especially the breakfast was very good, the variety was good, the milk was small packaged, especially good, I would introduce friends to come over in the future, and I would come over."

"The room was clean and the facilities were warm; the front desk service was very good and warm; in short, the environment was good, the location was excellent, and it was a very good accommodation experience."
