The rooms are spacious with superb amenities; they're very warm in winter, the beds are comfortable, and most importantly, the pillows are the perfect firmness, including slow-rebound foam pillows – they truly understand what travelers need most when staying away from home. I especially loved the hotel's Japanese restaurant; I ate there almost every meal, and the food was excellent. The lobby is spacious and bright, where guests can relax comfortably, and the staff are incredibly attentive, bringing water to guests. This hotel truly makes you feel at home."

Hotel charge the payment in booking day and aditionaly charge refoundable 200 CNY deposit on check in day.
After chack out, the hotel staff keep caling me and ask pay room fee again becouse they refound payment which they hold from booking day."

"Cons:
The location is rather remote, next to an unfinished building, which is quite an eyesore…
After taking the elevator up from the underground parking lot, it's a long walk to find the reception desk; as many have mentioned, the design is indeed bizarre.
The double bed only had two cotton pillows; when I called the front desk to ask, they refused…
A faucet in the bathroom was labeled ”drinking water,” but when I turned it on, yellow water came out… unpleasant.
Pros:
The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options, including Laizhou specialty snacks. The only downside was the drip coffee machine, which was very old and kept breaking down.
A beautiful seashell souvenir was given upon check-out.
Overall, it was worth the price."

"在萊州住了好幾家酒店，住的基本上都是這個價位的，但是這家是性價比比較低的，現在這個社會拼的還是服務態度，首先前台服務有點冷漠，不是微笑服務。值得肯定的是屋子裡送的飲料水茶包咖啡包。再就是那麼大的酒店衹有一個普通的洗衣機，竟然沒有烘乾機。而且還是用雕牌小包洗衣粉洗衣服。早餐8點50去的，好多盤子都空了，孩子喜歡的甜點也衹剩下兩種，一直沒有補充。這個價位體驗感衹能説是一般吧。"

"The environment was so-so. The restaurant next to our room was very poorly soundproof. We checked in around 1 PM and ordered a mackerel dumpling, a fried pork dish, and a seafood noodle soup at the restaurant on the first floor. The prices weren't cheap. We sat near the ordering area, and the waiter was impatient and irritable, complaining that we were too far from the bar to get our cutlery. The cutlery wasn't even properly cleaned, let alone disinfected. Their attitude was terrible! We booked a double room, but it was actually two single beds pushed together, which was very uncomfortable due to the gap in the middle! The afternoon tea and late-night snack included in the booking were never provided. I will never stay at this hotel again!!!"

The room was clean and pleasant, the sheets were covered with the smell of sunshine, the sink was spotless, and even the gaps in the corners were cleaned in place. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and I sleep well until dawn. The breakfast is rich in variety, hot dishes, snacks, and fruits are all available. The freshly cooked noodles taste strong, warm stomach and heart. When checking out, the staff also took the initiative to ask if there was a place to help, and the whole process was warm and thoughtful. The price is super high, next time you come here for a business trip, you must choose this one!

When I went to the front desk and said the coffee was delicious, the hotel sent a few more to my room. There is freshly ground coffee on the first floor. The overall feeling is attentive. The room is spacious and bright. Looking at the scenery outside the window, I will stay here again in summer. It is very convenient to go to this big square!
