"I stayed at a family-run guesthouse during my exams. The rooms were very clean, and even the attic room I stayed in was exceptionally spotless. The caretaker was strict, but the place remained orderly despite having many guests. The courtyard had a dining table, ashtrays, and tea table. The high-end electric skylight ensured good air circulation, and the shared bathroom was clean and hygienic. It was very close to the school. A great experience overall, definitely deserving five stars!"

"First, I must commend the hotel staff for their problem-solving attitude; they upgraded our room. However, problems arose as well. Due to unstable water pressure on the higher floor, the adults experienced inconsistent water temperature during our first shower. After reporting this to the front desk, a maintenance worker came several times to adjust the water (kudos to him!), but ultimately couldn't fix it. It wasn't a technical issue on his part, and we didn't dare let the children shower there. The next day, the front desk proactively called and moved us to a lower floor. Although the water temperature was still a bit unstable, it was much better than the first night. The hotel also provided breakfast for the children for two days. I don't usually leave bad reviews, and the hotel was very proactive in resolving the issue throughout. However, they really need to improve their water supply system; otherwise, it's just a temporary fix. Also, the piles of clean sheets and trash in the hallways after cleaning were really annoying… I'm grateful to Ctrip for helping me communicate with them; the Ctrip platform is very reliable."
