"I was given a free room upgrade. After parking my car, a shuttle bus took me up the mountain to the main hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, but the soundproofing was a bit poor. The breakfast (set meal) was very rich, and the handmade bread was delicious."

"The room is big and clean. A quiet place with a Family Mart opposite. A nice cafe and a nice eatery place which I went twice within a min walking distance There are more at the back but i didn't explore further. Owners are very nice people. In fact, the people I met are nice, friendly and helpful. The girls from the Cafe even helped me to book a car and accompanied me to wait for it. Owners are friendly and chatted with me causally for awhile, suggesting places I should go etc."

"Because there is a day trip to the nearby attractions ”Baoyuan Ji” on the day of the stay, after the end of the walk to the ”Songyuan Assembly Hall” to check in, the counter service is friendly, the room is as expected, the resort is good to go, the only disappointment is the dinner main dish - beef stew tastes bad"

"We visited on a weekday, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and comfortable. The hot spring water felt wonderfully silky. While the rooms in the older building had somewhat dated decor, they were very spacious. The marble bathroom floors were quite slippery, so be extra careful not to slip. The owner was incredibly friendly and chatty, and the well-equipped tea-making area was a fantastic touch. We're already looking forward to our next visit."

"The front desk officer doesn't appear to be very helpful. I have stayed here before, but in the new building, which is clean and modern. For some reason, I overlooked the booking, and it was in the older building. The room is quite dated and smells like an antique shop. We called the front desk immediately after entering the room to inquire about switching to another room, as I am sensitive to smells and staying in this room for three nights, especially over New Year's Eve, would have been a problem. The officer didn’t sound happy at all and made us feel like it was a hassle to check with her manager about room availability. In the end, we had to pay an additional TWD 3,600 for an ”upgrade” to the new building. The highlight of the stay is the New Year fireworks displayed by the hotel."

"The exterior and its proximity to the places we visited were quite good! The front desk service was also excellent, and they recommended dining options. The complimentary breakfast was simple yet substantial. However, the bathroom facilities in the room were a bit old, especially the water damage on the walls. Nevertheless, it's a friendly hotel for families with children 😊"

"Privacy was extremely poor; people could see inside from the outside. Could this be improved? Otherwise, what should be done about being secretly photographed? Using such a small place felt really unpleasant. I hope this can be improved. Overall, the accommodation and food were excellent, and I hope for a complete overhaul next time. One thing I must praise is the incredibly friendly foreigners at breakfast – 100,000 points! The service was excellent."

"The service was impeccable. However, two points could be improved upon: 1) The hot water in the shower was inconsistent, fluctuating between hot and cold. 2) We had to walk a fair distance to get breakfast. It would be a significant improvement if breakfast delivery to the hotel were an option."
