"The front desk service was excellent, and the housekeeping staff were also very good. The concierge service was equally outstanding. This negative review is solely for the staff member who prepares noodles and wontons in the restaurant. Encountering such terrible service during the Chinese New Year is truly off-putting. I accidentally dropped a wonton onto the ice chips while picking it up, and this staff member actually let out a 'tsk' of complaint. She started scolding me on the spot. Is this really the kind of service an Accor hotel should provide? Did I intentionally throw the wonton? Shouldn't management address this kind of attitude? Running into something like this during the New Year truly feels like bad luck!"

GGuest UserVery satisfied with this experience, Miss Sister is very enthusiastic, out of the station to pick us up by bicycle, in fact, not far from the high-speed rail station, travel is very convenient, go out to play can go to the high-speed rail station to take the bus to West Street, Miss Sister arranged for us The highest floor, the room is exactly the same as the picture, I live in the villa and there is an elevator. The environment in the room is very good. There are disposable toiletries. There are also Xiaomi TV dramas where you can listen to songs or chase dramas. When you go back, the young lady also helps to send the luggage to the high-speed rail station. Very recommended this! ! ! #Value for money When booking a homestay, I learned about the surroundings. This is a very good one for the surrounding homestays.

After registration, the room password is sent directly to your mobile phone, which is not too convenient. There are simple internet celebrity check-in walls at the elevator entrance and corridor, which is very nice.
The most heart-warming thing is that transportation is included. We, a group of eleven people, called several B&Bs, but we couldn’t pick them up. Only his family was willing to come. For this reason, I will only choose his house from now on.

GGuest UserThe room was much larger than I expected, and my girlfriend loved it. The room was fully equipped with toiletries, as well as disposable towels and bath towels, which met our needs. It was also very close to the high-speed rail station, just a five-minute walk away. The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful, leaving a very good impression. We will definitely come back next time.

GGuest UserMy itinerary suddenly changed, so I randomly picked a guesthouse near the train station. I didn't expect such a great experience! Just like the photos, the room was very clean and spacious, and the bed was soft and comfortable. For just over 100 yuan, it was totally worth it! The people at the guesthouse were incredibly welcoming. As a girl traveling alone, I'd been ripped off by unlicensed taxi drivers and harassed by salespeople along the way. I arrived at the guesthouse quite late, starving, and the owner even peeled an orange for me. It was so heartwarming! Unfortunately, I had to leave the next morning. I really loved the room; it was definitely worth it. If I had the chance, I would definitely stay here again. It's a pity, haha, I don't do much sightseeing in Quanzhou anymore. It was a very memorable experience. I hope their business thrives! Thank you for the kindness of this stranger!

People at the counter could speak enough English to help with a couple of questions, even tried to help us when the taxi driver cheated us with the cost of the journey.
And location - it is really just a couple of steps from the station!
Good small cafees just out of the door.
I would gladly recommend this place for several days.

GGuest UserSince the original room had some minor flaws, the beautiful front desk staff was very enthusiastic and responsible and helped to change the second room (when the order was full). I am very grateful. The room was clean and hygienic, the bedding was comfortable, the facilities were complete, and we slept peacefully. It made our Spring Festival holiday comfortable and warm. The breakfast needs to be improved. The staple food is relatively simple, only cut steamed buns and porridge.
