GGuest UserThis stay truly exceeded my expectations! The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable against my skin—lying down on it instantly relieved all my fatigue. The front desk staff were warm and efficient; check-in took less than five minutes, and they even thoughtfully provided information on nearby restaurants and attractions. The breakfast selection was incredibly varied, with hot dishes, desserts, and fruits—all delicious. With such a high-quality hotel at such a great price, I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the area!

GGuest UserThe hotel staff are very friendly, warm and thoughtful, giving people a home-like feeling. The facilities are complete, clean and tidy, the bed is comfortable and moderately hard, and the air conditioning and hot water are even more comfortable. The location is very good and the transportation is convenient. There is a bus stop next to it for easy travel. I originally booked the wrong room type, an executive twin room. But when the front desk found out I was staying alone, they upgraded me to a king-size bed room with a bathtub for free. It was very nice and perfect.

GGuest UserTraveling on the road, I was fortunate to meet this gentle hotel. The clean and tidy room relieves all the fatigue, the soft bedding is wrapped in relaxation, and the scenery outside the window is healing. The staff is gentle and courteous, and the delicate intimate is hidden in every detail. There is no excessive interruption, but it can always provide help in time. The downtown area is quiet and comfortable, and it is a short stay, but it is full of joy. Next time I go to the city, I will choose here.

霹霹雳吧啦It's terrible. The hotel's plug exploded 💥 and my international plug burned out, so I couldn't charge it. As a result, the hotel didn't compensate for the loss, so I couldn't charge it. Then my room type didn't include breakfast, but my tour guide gave me breakfast. As a result, the front desk downstairs didn't check it clearly, and just informed the restaurant to refuse me. After that, I politely asked them to check it clearly, but they kept saying no. Finally, I told them why there was no card, and it was another room. Then there was breakfast. Finally, they looked carefully and saw that there was indeed breakfast. It was a very bad experience, and it was very noisy on the 9th floor. Someone was singing 🎤, which was unacceptable at all.

GGuest UserFacilities: Excellent; the bed was very comfortable; a tea set was provided on the table.
Cleanliness: Needs improvement (there was a hair in the bathroom/some hair on the carpet).
Environment: The accommodation was very good, located on a high floor and not noisy.
There were no mosquitoes in the room. There was a slight odor from the drain when we first entered (suggestion for improvement).
Service: Excellent. The staff thoughtfully provided us with a fruit platter and a handwritten welcome card. Any problems were resolved quickly.
Overall, a very good experience.
Breakfast: Delicious; I recommend the rice noodles or boiled noodles.
Suggestion: Improve hygiene details; consider providing two room cards for single guests.
