The room is clean and tidy and full of artistic atmosphere, just like the blue and white style of the Aegean Sea in Greece. The front desk clerk of the hotel is very enthusiastic and thoughtful in service. The driver who picked us up from the scenic spot was also very enthusiastic in introducing tourist hotspots. Ms. Guo, the front desk clerk, was the only one on duty, but she took the time to show me the rooms and choose the right one. She went to great lengths to provide me with a comfortable and quiet room. I'm especially grateful to her. This hotel is located in Time Guizhou, within the scenic area. I highly recommend it.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the ancient town of Qingzhen Time. It is not easy to take a car, and it is a bit painful to take a taxi to the city. The parent-child room uses a curtain to separate the bathroom, the first time I saw it. I lived in the Pig Page parent-child room with a large space. It was very cold and it was really cold when I entered. The facilities are complete, the sanitation is OK, and the aroma in the central air conditioner is very like it. It smells good and is different from other hotels I live in. Sound insulation is okay, I think my room is the most noisy, I didn't pay attention to the only one 😹😹😹, the next day the hotel really didn't have hot water, I opened the water for a long time, called the front desk, and also dealt with it. There is hot water behind, the floor drain in the bathroom is not good, and a lot of water is left. Overall satisfactory, I liked the smell in the hotel.

Right from the moment we arrived, it was disappointing. We had a lot of luggage since we were traveling from Nanning, and there was no one to receive us or guide us — just a dark alley with no staff in sight. We had to call the number listed, and even then, the person on the call had no idea where we were supposed to check in. After some confusion, we had to walk around 200 meters to a completely different hotel’s service center just to check in. Even there, the service was terrible — the staff were casually chatting on WeChat and clearly had no clue what they were doing. We waited nearly 30 minutes before they finally said we should go to another hotel nearby. They gave us a room card and we moved all our luggage there, only to get a call saying the room was already booked for the next day — so we had to move again. Thankfully, we hadn’t unpacked yet, but it was still exhausting and unacceptable. Even basic things like water bottles weren’t available — we were told they would send a message in a WeChat group and they would deliver it to the room later. Seriously? Overall, the experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and stressful. The only positive part was the security staff — they were actually helpful and polite. Everything else? Not worth it.

整体体验非常差。我们带着很多行李到达时，居然没有任何人接待我们。该家酒店不接受办理入住，办理入住非常混乱，我们还得走到另一家酒店的服务台，等了30分钟，工作人员却不知道该怎么操作。后来我们被安排到另一家酒店的房间，结果又打电话来说那个房间已经被别人预订了，还得再换一次。连瓶装水都没有，要在微信群里发消息才会送来。唯一好的地方就是保安很热心。不推荐入住。整体体验非常差一个度假村行的酒店管理却做得如此之差，不知道是怎么经营下来的。
