"This has been my go-to hotel for business trips. The front desk staff are always great, especially Xiao Xiao, who's incredibly helpful and proactive in solving any issues. Since I'm a frequent guest, they often upgrade my room which is a nice touch. The hotel has a pool on the twelfth floor and a gym on the first floor, which pretty much covers my fitness needs. Breakfast is decent too."
