It was a mess, as if I had experienced the world war. We went downstairs to the front desk to ask, I said hello room 308 was not cleaned, the front desk asked ”can't, clean it”, we emphasized that there was no cleaning, the front desk did not change the room for us at the first time, but said wait a moment I ask, ask what, Clean room, we deliberately said that we did not clean? ! After answering the phone, I said a few words, and then gave us a room card for the second floor room, told us to go up 203, it was gone, there was no explanation, and no explanation was made, it was gone. "We had a magical stay here in this serene and beautiful place. The hotel is beautifully designed with an impressive play area, swimming pools, restaurants and it is perfectly located for exploring the stunning mountain range of East Taihang. All of the staff were very friendly, especially the cleaning, gardening, catering and play area staff. The room was exceptional with a view of a waterfall, little garden and very clean and comfortable. The gym was in the hallway with just a few bikes and treadmills so not exactly equipped for weightlifting but the mountains provide a decent workout. It would be nice for reception to have more information about local spots or events. I think there was mention of a night market but we weren’t sure exactly where and how to get there. We did successfully use Didi to get to a few amazing scenic spots around here though. It is such a special place and we hope to return some day. Thank you for a beautiful time and happy memories."

"The hotel is truly excellent; I booked it on Ctrip. I checked the reviews beforehand, which mentioned the hotel was very clean. When I travel, cleanliness is always my top priority; everything else is secondary. Cleanliness is paramount.
The hotel's location didn't seem central, but it was very easy to find using navigation, and parking was free. The hotel staff were very friendly. They also offered complimentary afternoon tea.
The room itself was very clean and tidy. However, the washbasin was located right by the entrance to the room, which could potentially disturb others if someone needed to use the sink at night.
The hotel's breakfast was quite good. The quality was excellent, and while the variety wasn't extensive, the taste was great. They offered cold dishes, hot dishes, fried items, and fruit, plus freshly cooked wontons and noodles.
Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.
