"Overall, I can only give it three stars. The hotel's location and sea view are decent, but the overall stay experience was very disappointing, far from what I'd expect from a Sheraton-brand property.
The guest rooms and public areas show obvious signs of aging. Appliances and power outlets in the room were faulty, and the furniture had noticeable peeling paint and wear. The resort facilities were old and outdated, showing significant signs of age despite being open for only a few years. Environmental maintenance was severely lacking; public areas were superficially cleaned, and the landscaping and recreational areas were poorly maintained. The surrounding environment was also just average. The resort's overall management felt loose, with neglected details visible everywhere.
Staff proactiveness was insufficient. While their reception attitude was good, they couldn't keep up with check-in responses or basic service needs. When issues arose, the efficiency of getting them resolved was very low.
I can only say it's suitable for a brief stopover to simply enjoy the sea. If you have any expectations regarding accommodation quality, service, or environment, I wouldn't recommend it. The value for money is rather low."

There was a night lamp near floor working with movement sensor. That killed my sleep. it flashed whenever i turned in bed.

CChakoozI had a great stay! The owner and his wife treated me very well and helped me with a lot of extra things. Wuchuan is a good coastal town, (better than Sanya in my opinion), and has lots to see. The couple was very warm and welcoming and was willing to take me around. The apartment was beautiful, with a good view! Thank you for the lovely stay!

AAnonymous UserI don’t know if it’s old decoration or something. Anyway, it feels dirty and it may be that I can’t sleep all night. The soundproofing is very noisy. I can hear many people’s voices all night and I started noisy downstairs at 6 or 7 in the morning. I can’t rest normally except for the service. If it wasn't for a casual night, I don't feel recommended!!
