"The service was very good. The first day of booking was not caught up with the time problem, and the money was refunded after the cancellation time. I booked this one again the next day, the room and environment far exceeded expectations, very clean and quiet. "This stay was a truly amazing experience! The hotel is in a great location, with restaurants and a supermarket right outside. The front desk lady was quick and welcoming at check-in, and even offered to upgrade our room to the Chaoyang section, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was impeccably clean, and the bedding was so soft, I had a wonderful sleep. The bathroom toiletries had a lovely white tea scent, and even the hair dryer was a high-end brand. The breakfast was incredibly varied, and I could eat two plates straight from the freshly made noodles and dessert section! The laundry room and gym were also fantastic, with new and smart facilities. They even gave us a gift box upon check-out—such a lovely touch! I'll definitely stay here again!"

"Stayed for four days, the first day of the special room, the poor sanitation is outrageous, the sewer is blocked, a lot of hair, Σ ꒪ཀ꒪ ∠ Σ ꒪ཀ꒪ ∠ ∠ ∠ ∠ ∠ ∠ ∠ ∠ ∠ ∠ ∠ ∠ ∠ ∠ ∠ ∠ 😓😓😓 😓😓😓 😓😓😓 😓😓😓 😓😓😓 😓😓😓 I went to ask for it and changed the room. At two or three in the afternoon, I was playing games with my boyfriend in the bed. The aunt who cleaned 🧹 actually opened the door and came in. It was really speechless and rude. 😓😓 On the last day, there was no cleaning... The toiletries were not replaced. The sheets have not been changed for two days, and the water has not been available... In short, the aunt invited by the boss is rude and irresponsible 😓😓😓 which especially affects the check-in experience, especially if you open the door directly without consent, it is good and has no quality 😓"
