"Nous avons passé une seule nuit dans cet hôtel à moins d’une heure de chez nous et nous avons pourtant l’impression d’être partis plusieurs jours !
Il était indiqué « à moins d’une minute du casino » effectivement j’ai été agréablement surprise quand j’ai vu que l’hôtel été collé au casino. Un hôtel calme et bien insonorisé. Un accueil chaleureux avec viennoiseries proposées.
Une chambre digne d’un petit studio grand avec une entrée qui dessert la salle de bain et les WC (individuel) et une porte qui sépare donc l’entrée de la chambre. Literie de qualité. Nespresso avec dosettes offertes et possibilité d’en demander des supplémentaires rapidement.
Agréablement surprise également par la piscine qui était bien chaude et surtout ouverte de 9h30 à 21h pourtant basse saison.
Un vrai feu de cheminée dans le hall de l’hôtel avec différents coin calme pour se poser ou jouer à des jeux de société qui peuvent être demander gratuitement.
Personnel souriant, accueillant et chaleureux. Ruelle et place de restaurants juste à côté.

"The hotel is very new, the rooms are spacious, bright, clean and tidy. Reasonable design and fast network speed. The front desk service is warm and responsive. The breakfast is rich in variety and the ingredients are fresh. The hotel has many free parking spaces and six charging stations. It is only a six-minute drive from the center of Deauville. There are Carrefour, McDonald's and several French restaurants next to the hotel. Reasonable price and high cost performance! recommend!"

JJass PhuaThe location of the hotel was very convenient, about 10 mins walk from the train station and walking distance to a lot of restaurants.
The staffs were all so friendly and helpful! There’s a day I was back to hotel from Mont Saint Michel and it was late and all the restaurants were closed. I was hungry and cold and ask for foods from hotel, though kitchen was closed they still managed to whip up with ham ,cheese and baguettes. It makes me feel like home!
Also, do try the dinner at the restaurant it was good!
I just want to thank all the staffs for the hospitality and wish you guys Merry Christmas!

CC. GellingsI arrived late, and was kindly received at the reception. My room was issued within moments. Where to park, to have breakfast, etc. was explained clearly.
The room was small, but it had everything I required. A clean bathroom, hot water in a moment. The bed was firm and still comfortable, enough power outlets and charge outlets.
For breakfast there was a good selection of food and beverages. Because of the location, there was not much choice in restaurants at a walkable distance. I enjoyed y stay at this hotel.

GGuest UserThe main building of the property is beautiful but has a tight parking space, which… needs to be booked ahead.. and we didn’t know . Anyway, also be aware that there are 3 buildings within the property, 1min walk to each other, and in winter at the dark of the evening, it is not really convenient to go from one place to another one.
Anyway. Fact is that the 2 buildings we were presented are beautiful, fully renovated, warm and nicely decorated. Well done.
Breakfast was also very good; I just think that the breakfast timing mngt of the various bedrooms run off… as people were queuing up, waiting for tables. My advice: wake up early, go breakfast early! ;-)

SShawnWe booked this hotel because it was in a château and it looked romantic and unique .However there were many details lacking overall. Firstly avoid the restaurant at all costs even though the three course meal was only €29. The food preparation and quality was terrible. Please see attached photos. The salmon I had was overcooked from frozen salmon and the greens were likely frozen greens that were boiled to mush and no longer green. The risotto was just rice coated in some weird cream and had some tasteless pieces of chicken slapped on top. We did not finish the food.
They clearly also need more staff as our receptionist was doubling up as a waitress, and we noticed that there were some waits and gaps in service.
The room was compact and clean, but the details were lacking. For example, the fixtures and appliances were the cheapest variety possible and didn’t match the Luxe feel that the hotel is going for. The location is slightly out of town and a 20 minute walk to all the main sites in the old town.
The grounds were tidy and very pretty in photos.

GGuest UserMy friend and I are traveling around France for a couple of weeks. We picked this hotel based on reviews and price. It was a good location to drive to Omaha Beach and the surrounding area. We each had a room with a king size bed, a very large bathroom with a wonderful shower and separate large tub. Free Coffee, tea and water provided in the room and a small refrigerator with snacks and drinks available at a modest price. Beds were very comfortable and room temp was great. Very quiet location and free parking. The best thing was Julia, the front desk staff person. Extraordinary service and assistance with everything we needed including ordering Thai food from a local restaurant because the restaurant was closed on Sunday night and Monday night, the two nights we were there. She deserves a GIANT Thank You and a Gold Star! I would definitely stay there again if I ever return to France.

GGuest UserThis hotel is quite new on the edge of Ouistreham and is an ideal stopping point before joining the ferry.
The facilities were basic but perfectly adequate for our needs. You get a decent bed, air con, and small bathroom with shower and that's about it. There is no catering - you cvan have breakfast at a bench if you want - and no kettle or drinks facilities in the room. The place has an automated check-in system, which was on the blink when we visited. It is also a fair walk to get to Ouistreham's limited facilites. On the whole, we loved it.

AAnonymous UserThe room, the passage between the bed and the wall, the shower, the sink, the toilet, the cup for tea in the morning, the breakfast tray, etc., are all small! This is unexpected.
However, the hotel is very clean, the reception staff is friendly and the parking lot is large.
It should be noted that although the breakfast selection is rich, I think the quality is average and there is no taste. I think I have had a better breakfast at other ibis hotels.
