Pisa just under two hours.VILLAThe ground floor of the main house, is an enormous open plan living and dining space with a large modern kitchen. There are three large bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor; two beautiful doubles, which share a bathroom, and a large family room with a double and two singles. The main bathroom is opposite. The master bedroom is accessed from the side of the house and is a beautiful large light filled room on two levels, with sitting area and en-suite bathroom (it can also be accessed via the family room - it is the other side of a small entrance hall and on another level, so there is no issue with privacy). POOL HOUSE ANNEXEThe rustic pool house has double bedroom with an additional single bed and a further small room with two small single beds (suitable for teenagers/children) and shower room/wc. Do bear in mind that it's comfortable but quite rustic though. There are fans, but it can be a very warm. The pool house is not suitable for sleeping in the months of November - March. There is a large outdoor dining area next to the house and another, near the pool, overlooks the abbey. There is a trampoline in the gardens.
