"Good location (nearby visitors center but on the hill, you need clime The service is not very good: It was the first time when I didn't got information at the reception about breakfast time, spa service, swimm pool, etc. The bath -hot spring was semi-fulled afternoon. The bathrobe was so small The breakfast was ok. Opportunity for the late check out"

"The hotel is on Petra Mountain. Don't consider living if you are not driving or chartered. It is too far to go to Petra. I ate three meals at the hotel. The buffet level in the morning and evening was justified. Lunch called the room with burger pasta. The room is large, the mountain view, the outside is relatively empty."

"This place is sort of a boutique hotel opened by locals and not one of the big chain hotels and it’s location (point 1) is slightly further away from the city centre and it’s located on the hillside and there is no way you can walk there, you definitely need a car to reach this place from Petra Visitor Center ( hence please take a cab ) but it was fine for us as we drove. The price we paid was somewhat expensive ( due to its peak season) but all the hotels nearby were on the high side. Rooms are exceptionally clean and it even smell of freshly laundered sheets, good ventilation and breakfast was decent. We had dinner here as well 20JOD for the buffet dinner per person and it was great on the weekend nights but on a weekday nights the menu offering is much limited. Staff are generally friendly but I was turn off by a cook named Ala’a who was attending the egg station during breakfast on 29 October - not only was he slow ( compared to the cook of the previous day - leading to long wait at the station despite less than 30 people in the breakfast place), he was also rude to guests who didn’t really speak English and even told them when they didn’t clearly place their orders- I was observing and it was really bad taste as he scowl at them and this is only coming from a cook at the eggs station - you need mind your customer service ettiquete especially to foreign guests who makes up most of your revenue. The least you can do is smile and not make your guests feel like feel bad about their language when they are ordering their eggs. "

"It's true that you have to go up to the 4th floor by the iron stairs. Am I right on these stairs?? Do you really have to go up on this?? If you feel it, the stairs are right. The staff are really friendly. I want to go again because of this. They lent me a towel as well, and I was really impressed. If you have dinner, I recommend paying for it here. It's the most honest here. Don't go out and buy it at the supermarket. We sell everything at the accommodation, so I recommend buying water or something like that at the accommodation."

"The boss is so friendly and there is a parking lot so you can park It takes 3 minutes to drive to Petra and the boss tells you about the course and recommends it. The hostel was clean and so nice. I will definitely come back here next time I come to Petra."

"The hotel has a free taxi service that brings you and comes to pick up from Petra. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is abundant and varied. If you want to make your dinner expressly, really good even if you have to tell it first just because they expressly make you have made us the Maqluba."

"We arrived in Petra with suitcases via the JETT bus, so minimizing the distance we had to walk with luggage was a key consideration — and this hotel was a great fit. Pros: • Excellent location — about a 2-minute walk from the JETT bus drop-off point and the Petra Visitor Center; nearby there are restaurants, souvenir shops, and small grocery stores. • Communicating with staff in English was fine, and they were friendly. • Good variety in the breakfast buffet. • The room included a sofa, which was a nice touch. • The room was quiet. • Heating/air-conditioning worked well. • A large bottle of water was provided in the room. Cons: • The door stopper on the floor was placed in the narrow walkway next to the sofa — I accidentally kicked it a few times, which was painful. Not the best design choice."

"The front desk staff Jawad is very helpful and give good guidance on how to walk around Petra . He is very friendly and caring too! He help me to call the bus to go to wadi rum in early morning and wake up early to make sure the bus do come and pick me up. The hotel room is nice, I don’t have any comment on that, but just one thing. During my visit it was Muslim holiday and all night and early morning also have loud prayer sound from the nearby mosques….. can’t really sleep for the whole night …. Yet this is not the hotel problem . The breakfast is wonderful. Have lot of option and delicious too ! In all, I am happy for my stay . Thank you"
