"Hotel Resorpia Atami was an unplanned booking on my trip. I got stranded at Atami Station due to Typhoon No. 11, so I ended up booking this hotel. To my surprise, it exceeded my expectations:
1) The hotel is located by the sea and is a 10-15 minute walk from Atami Station.
2) All rooms face the ocean and there are Japanese-style tatami rooms, which felt very authentic.
3) The hotel has a large public bath (onsen) where you can enjoy a relaxing soak while watching the sunset or sunrise – it was incredibly romantic!
I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

"It was really clean, the food was delicious, and since it was a weekday there weren't many people there, we were able to use the bath all to ourselves.
After we arrived at the inn, they carried all of our luggage to our room and were very kind in every way. Breakfast was a buffet, and we were able to choose from bread, fish, and more, and ate our fill. We also had fun playing karaoke and billiards for free.
I'd love to stay here again when I come to Atami! Thank you!"

"1.Parking abit inconvenient,paid 1000 per day but every time must engage hotel staff to arrange the car in and out and also only available 8am-10pm range
2.water only 1 small bottles per day , we didn’t know and take one more that day, the male staff snatch back from us (unbelievable !), we don’t mind to buy from across Family mart, 1 big bottles only 120yen, why hotel so calculating, just put the sign so the guests will know

"Booked this hotel to see the Atami Fireworks Festival, and it was pretty good value. Since our room didn't have a sea view, the front desk gave us two tickets to watch the fireworks from the rooftop. The room was clean, just a bit small. Slippers were reusable, but they provided disposable towels, two per person, along with skincare products and hair oil. The stay included breakfast and dinner for two, which was enough to fill us up, and featured some local specialties like Atami pudding and ice cream. Getting a taxi was difficult; we needed help from the front desk (some staff weren't very helpful; they said they'd call a taxi for us but didn't, so we ended up taking the hotel shuttle to Atami Station to catch one)."

"An amazing place to stay with a location which is near lots of restaurants and even a grocery store. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach. Also there are private hot springs on the top floor which are constantly available and free to use! Loved this hotel very much and it made the stay at Atami very magical and memorable. "At first, I was worried about the facial recognition system and the user experience at the self-service check-in after reading the reviews. Once we arrived, the location was easy to find and check-in was very simple. There was a sticker at the door with the booking person's name, the bed number, and a code. Just press the code to enter. It's less than 15 minutes from Atami Station, and the walk from the station to the hotel is downhill. There's a supermarket and convenience store in between. It's a short walk from Atami Nanayu and Kinomiya Shrine. The restrooms and bathrooms were clean, with separate bathrooms for men and women. The beds were large, and the value for money was very good."

FfengfqThis was an exceptionally pleasant stay, offering fantastic value for money. Our Japanese-style room was incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable. Sitting on the balcony, gazing out at the clear blue sea, truly sparked endless reverie. The hotel owners (a husband and wife team) were wonderfully hospitable and attentive, always going the extra mile to help. Even though the hotel isn't far from Atami Station, the owner personally provided shuttle service, picking up and dropping off guests arriving from afar. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Atami, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to friends and family.

After arriving at the hotel, someone immediately helped to park the car. We checked in while drinking champagne. There is a lounge with free snacks and various drinks all day long, which is very high quality.
The room is large and comfortable, with an unbeatable sea view. The hot spring in the room is very comfortable. The mini bar has various free drinks, including juice, tea, alcoholic drinks, etc.
The dinner is really great. Authentic French cuisine. I ate it for two days without repeating it. The ingredients are more advanced every day. I have to stay for more than three consecutive days for dinner.

GGuest UserWe managed to book the family suite we had our hearts set on, and the ocean views from the two large windows were absolutely breathtaking. The hotel boasts a charming retro Showa-era ambiance; despite renovations, its historical character shines through everywhere. We only had a chance to visit one of the public baths, and the outdoor bath there offered a truly spectacular view. We also booked a private onsen, where you could enjoy soaking while indulging in ice cream. We had the second dinner seating, so some dishes were already finished. I highly recommend making your own kaisen-don (seafood rice bowl) with ingredients like tuna, trout, and sweet shrimp, and then pouring dashi broth over it to turn it into chazuke. After dinner, you can explore the game corner and KTV, but do note that playing games and karaoke are not free. The hotel itself is quite expansive, so I recommend taking some time to explore all its corners. In short, we thoroughly enjoyed every moment!

They will not have enough time to take a bath after returning from the fireworks festival. Basic toiletries, disinfectants, etc. are all provided. Anyway, there are many charged items, so it’s best to bring your own. Breakfast is a bowl of Ochazuke rice with an egg. The self-service option includes dishwashing. If you don’t have any requirements for breakfast, you can consider it.

YYopi0923I stayed here for two days and one night with my mother and daughter. My grandparents brought me here when I was a child, and as an adult, I've been coming here with friends and their families, so it's a memorable hotel. While Atami seems to have fewer accommodations than it used to, Atami New Fujiya Hotel remains the same. The staff at the entrance to the building are very friendly. The interior retains its old-fashioned image, and the open-air bath is spacious and has a great view. I'd love to stay here again.

RrptshaIt can be seen that there are hotels that are old, and the facilities are relatively old. Like door keys, switches, sockets, and toilets, these look like the standard of a domestic 3-star hotel more than ten years ago. Because it is related to the beach, the room is a damp musty smell as soon as it enters, but there is a purifier in the room. It is not easy to book a room on the night of the fireworks conference, although the price may have doubled 3 times compared to the usual price. The room rate includes 2 large and 1 small, one berth and two meals, and 3 people have made the bed and put toiletries.
Breakfast and dinner are buffets. It is best to make an appointment with the hotel in advance for dinner. We don’t know. We went to the scene and were told that there was a second 20 o’clock. Fortunately, our driver sister and the front desk softly grinded hard and said that we were going to the beach to see the fire. We were transferred to the first session at 18:30. Although the quality of the buffet is not much, it tastes very good, especially fried shrimp, egg fried rice, steak. Soft drinks and beer are also free, and the meal time is 70 minutes.
After dinner, there are two roads from the hotel to the hydrophilic park google map, one passing through Atami Ginza, there are many people and cars and shops to walk slowly. If you want to feel lively, you can go here. We chose a path with steps along the river. It is not tired to go downhill to the beach. It takes about 12 or 3 minutes to get to the hydrophilic park. It is just right to see the fireworks here. If you don't want to go to the beach, there is also a terrace on the 5th floor of the hotel (you can see a sign on the same day), but it will be blocked by the front building.
Be optimistic about the fire back to the hotel, you can also go to the large bathhouse on the 2nd floor to take a bath and soak in the hot springs, comfortable. The latest admission time for breakfast the next day is 9 o'clock.

PPumpkinOverall, it could be rated excellent as a local ryokan but may not be ready for international clients. It has won Rakuten bronze award 2023. I am particular about smoking and the non smoking room was full of smoky smell. Also surprised that I have to set up my own tatami bed etc. Staff dependent on google translate but stranded when there's no WiFi. They could have translated common phrases in text. Nice garden.

If you are for sentiment, you can try the century-old house, which feels like going back to your grandma's house, but there are many rules. For example, there is a curfew at 9:00. I experienced the feeling of being soaked and unable to go home. It is ancient but clean, and the outdoor hot spring is very warm. If you want to be comfortable, forget it, a bed occupies a room.
There must be a problem with communication. I added Chinese WeChat, but no one responded to me. The language is impossible to communicate with the new cleaner.
Foreigners are discouraged.
