"The room offered expansive ocean views, perfect for watching the sunrise. We could also catch the fireworks display from the rooftop. The room size was decent, but because of the large communal onsen bath, the en-suite bathroom was quite small, especially the toilet. It might be uncomfortable for larger guests. The breakfast buffet exceeded expectations, and the miso soup was particularly delicious. Service was almost entirely in Japanese, so be prepared with a translation app.
The sound of the waves at night was a bit loud, and interestingly, the hotel entrance is on the rooftop."

"Good:
1. It’s close to station
2. The view from the rooftop is insanely beautiful (I’m sure you can get such a view from other hotels too though)
3. There’s a “living room” area for you to hang out with others but it seems to always be occupied by a group of people
Bad:
1. There is NO light from station to the stay, so if you’re walking at night it’s REALLY scary and eerie
2. They charge for everything lmao"

"The room is okay, the environment is okay, and the dining experience is full of rituals, but the taste can only be said to be average to me. The area of the bathhouse is really too small. It is so small that even two people can feel crowded if they go in. In addition, go to the hotel The road is indeed very challenging, and it should be very difficult in rainy and snowy weather."

"Booked this hotel to see the Atami Fireworks Festival, and it was pretty good value. Since our room didn't have a sea view, the front desk gave us two tickets to watch the fireworks from the rooftop. The room was clean, just a bit small. Slippers were reusable, but they provided disposable towels, two per person, along with skincare products and hair oil. The stay included breakfast and dinner for two, which was enough to fill us up, and featured some local specialties like Atami pudding and ice cream. Getting a taxi was difficult; we needed help from the front desk (some staff weren't very helpful; they said they'd call a taxi for us but didn't, so we ended up taking the hotel shuttle to Atami Station to catch one)."
