"Very nice hotel in a super convenient location and transport. So much yummy food and fruits within a minute walk.
I used the rapid train to Ueno and took bullet train to Karuizawa and Nagano and sightseeing and hanami in Tokyo. I also went to Hitachi and Mito using limited express trains from Kashiwa. I used the Tobu lines to Omiya and Funabashi for baking and culinary class.
Hotel is very eco clean and you can pick up amenities at the lobby. Staff is friendly and helpful from lobby to cleaning. Thank you for 22 days of top service."

"My wife and I live in Tokyo, but we decided to come here for a couple of days to enjoy the onsen. We were very surprised!! The hotel is super clean with a comfortable mattress. The breakfast did not have so many options, but it was very delicious. The soups and pizza and pasta were amazing. The onsen was great and the staff were kind. The mattress was Serta. Very comfortable!!
We loved the area. The hotel is next to a big mall. T-Site, near the hotel had a large book store with coworking spaces with coffee shops. Of particular note is a coffee shop themed after the Beatles, called Penny Lane. The unique restaurants, coffee shops and drinking places In the Kashiwanohana area are amazing!!!! You can easily find great restaurants and unique coffee shops in the area. We also went to a huge park called Kashiwanohana Park. We spent a few hours there enjoying tea at the coffee shop in the park. This area is very walkable. Don’t use Google maps as it does not show the pedestrian walking paths. Ask locals. You can easily spend a couple of days on this area without walking near busy streets. Walking paths with no cars can easily get you wherever you want to go. We loved this trip!!"

"First time on business trip to Baishi. Discovered is a treasure place on the outskirts of Tokyo. Baizhiye is a new district for education, medical care and high-tech, and Shibuya trams are directly accessible. The city is small and lively, young and energetic, and the consumption is very cost-effective! The hotel is in the old district, close to the station and Takashimaya Department Store, and it is very convenient for leisure and business. The decoration is obviously a high-end hotel style in the millennium. Although it has been more than 20 years, except that the carpet is a bit old, the others are well maintained. The room is large and the tea and coffee are very warm. It is a little bit of a twist to go to Narita Airport, but it is very convenient to go to Haneda! Worth choosing again."

"Wow I really enjoyed myself so much I forgot to take photos except the window view from my room. Trees and not a building or hurried street scene.
This was a favorite hotel for the location. I needed to get out of Tokyo and slow down. It was next to a good park, walking distance to grocery and restaurants. The bus was a short ride to the mall and train station.
Staff was great.
Very clean, bright, spacious, relaxing and a great space to read or work.
Bonus was the attached 7/11."

"This is a fantastic hotel! We stayed in a family room with two beds and a bunk bed, which the kids absolutely loved. There was plenty of space, and the hot spring was excellent with perfectly hot water. Plus, there were free popsicles! There's a Lawson convenience store right on the ground floor of the hotel with a dedicated entrance, which was incredibly convenient for late-night snacks and supplies. A large LaLaport shopping mall is also nearby. Parking was super easy with a lot right next to the hotel for 1200 yen a day. Breakfast was also delicious with a good variety of choices."

"The price of accommodation in Tokyo was too expensive, so I made a reservation at Kashiwa nearby. First of all, the accommodation was right after getting off at Kashiwa Station, so it was easy to access, and the staff was friendly, so it was nice."

"I inadvertently went to Toyoko Inn Kashiwa Eki Nishi Guchi because a security guard at the West Bus Terminal pointed me in that direction. I was delighted to find a Toyoko Inn, with my luggages trundling along the path, amidst the cold weather. Alas, I discovered it to be the wrong one. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and hospitable to myself, a weary traveller. They allowed me to leave the larger luggage in the lobby and to retrieve it later, while I went in search of my hotel, Toyoko Inn Kashiwa Eki Higashi Guchi, located on the east side. Unfortunately, there are no shuttle services between the sister hotels. The staff at this hotel were warm and friendly, greeting you in Japanese with “Have A Nice Day” upon leaving and “Welcome Back,” upon returning. Each guest is expected to place towels outside his/her room, with fresh ones provided in a bag on the door handle, later in the day. The room would be made up on the fourth night. Breakfast was an array of noodles, rice, salad, soup, bread rolls, and natte (a healthy source of vitamin K2) - a different & healthier palate for a change. The staff at the breakfast counter would also greet you, much to my amazement!
I would have loved to have visited Akeboyonama Agriculture Park, if the hotel were to offer such trips."

saotripIt's close to Kashiwa Station, has all the basic amenities you need, and has a Saizeriya restaurant in the basement, so it's just the right environment.
The front desk is open 24 hours a day, and the lobby is spacious, so you can feel safe and secure.
The walls are thin, so it's a good idea to bring earplugs.

LuodeshiThe hotel is in a good location, 200-300 meters away from the Nanbai tram station, and it is also convenient for shopping. The room is larger than the average hotel, clean and sanitary, the service staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is good! I am willing to stay here next time!

8月2〜5日の3泊4日利用させてもらいました。同じ部屋で連泊できるのは大変ありがたく、清掃も毎日していただきました。深夜の外出もしやすく、コンビニや夜の散歩をして過ごせました。501のお部屋はシャワーを使用していると水道管から音がするのですが、段々と慣れて気にしなくなってました。wトイレのドアの作りが上が開いている為、音をごまかそうと水を流し続けると、流れにくくなってしまうので、お気をつけください。w
ナッシュのご飯も美味しかったし、駅近でとても満足でした。ありがとうございました。
