"The breakfast buffet was disappointing. I requested a time slot from 8:30 and entered the restaurant on time. However, some of the menu items that should have been there were not replenished, and when I asked the staff to replenish them, they refused, saying that the last order time had passed. Is there even a last order at a buffet in the first place? I was very disappointed and still can't accept it."

"A 120-year-old shop with 150-year-old bonsai-like old trees in the backyard~ The condition of the house can be imagined. The floor will creak and creak. If you sleep lightly, you should go to a big hotel, but if you die of sleep, maybe I won’t mind ´∀`, but the degree of satisfaction varies from person to person and will not be influenced by the accommodation~ The toilet is clean and tidy with an electric toilet lid, which should be newly renovated. The toilets and bathrooms are shared. The boss is very nice and talkative. Behind the house is Lake Kamo. He also took us to feed the seagulls and swans. Those who need a car will drive them to the car rental office. It's a 7 or 8 minute walk from Ryotsu Port. It's easy to find. In a tatami room, there are two-layer mattresses for sleeping. Sometimes the quilt will be delivered later to help the guests make the bed. If the room is large, it may be put in advance."

"The biggest surprise of this trip to Niigata was Sado Island, and the biggest surprise of Sado Island was this hotel. Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by the hotel's view. The blues of the grassy shoreline were breathtaking. From pre-check-in to check-out, I felt the hotel's attentiveness and genuine care. Since my child doesn't eat raw food or seafood, I emailed the hotel staff before check-in and they said we could choose the ¥11,000 option for the child, replacing the seafood and cold dishes with meat, while we chose the ¥14,850 adult set menu. That evening, no one confirmed this, but at dinner, the child's set menu, including sashimi, puffer fish hot pot, and grilled fish, was replaced with tempura, pork hot pot, fried chicken, potato salad, and beef. The preparation was truly meticulous. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus every evening at 8:00 and 8:30 to visit the Kitazawa Floating Mine Site's illuminated display. Upon return, there's a local Sado Island song and dance performance and saxophone music. You can also sign up for beachfront yoga at 7:00 AM. Fishing rods are available for rental. There's a wealth of activities. After checking out, we went to the beachfront lawn in front of the hotel to take photos. The driver was helping us take a family photo. The lady at the entrance, perhaps thinking a family member was missing from the photo, ran out onto the lawn and offered to take a photo with us. Their service was exceptional. Perhaps due to the color palette, the room interior and exterior look dated in the website photos. In reality, they were brand new, clean, and spacious and comfortable. The hotel's exquisite views and attentive service made the entire stay a perfect experience and left us with unforgettable memories."

"A standard Japanese-style hot spring hotel, breakfast and dinner are included. It is recommended to make an appointment at the front desk for transfer to Ryotsu Port. I can walk with my suitcase for half an hour without any problem. The room has a refrigerator, safe, toilet and bathtub. There is Lawson nearby, a 10-minute walk away. Sado only has Lawson, not FamilyMart or 7-11. I am very satisfied with this trip. Want to come again"

"The location of the hotel is slightly off. If there is no transportation, it is a bit difficult to travel by bus. The hotel facilities can be seen for a long time, but the maintenance is good, there is its own private soup, breakfast and dinner are very beautiful, especially the dinner is enjoyed in the room, very special. "It is a family-style hot spring hotel for more than 160 years. It has been passed on by three generations of members of the family. It is a charming hot spring hotel with a view of Kamao Lake on Shinjuku Sado Island. The breakfast and dinner are delicious. The Japanese-style room is spacious and bright. We stayed for two nights and left the hotel. The hotel manager personally sent it by car. We went to the ferry, this stay felt comfortable and comfortable, thank you again for the store!"
