Newer furnishings with 3 separate living spaces, to include sunroom, living room, and tv/board game room (with pull out sleeper sofa). Relax on the upper level deck with awning and lakefront views or enjoy the covered lower deck with swing and cafe table for two. Enjoy privacy and direct access to sandy shallow water for the youngsters, but deep enough to dive in at the end of the dock (Seasonally). During winter, enjoy ice fishing (license is required and bring your own equipment)! During summer, house comes with four kayaks and one paddle board. Life-jackets for 8 adults and 2 children. Enjoy the fire pit during the evening, especially over s'mores.
