Large, spacious 2800 sq. foot house. The house is situated right on the lake with amazing water views. You can launch your kayak, canoe, or paddle board right off the dock in the back of the house. You can also fish off our dock. Hours of fun on the lake! Or just sit back and relax on our back deck to the water views watching the herons, ducks, and all the wildlife. There are also 2 tennis courts in the neighborhood for you to use. The house is just 1 mile down the road from the town of Bethany and the beach. Easy 20 min walk to the beach but even better, the trolley stops right in front of the house. The trolley runs every 1/2 hour during the summer and drops you off right at the beach and town. So park the car, go to the beach during the day, enjoy the restaurants in town in the evening, and the next time you will get in your car is when you leave to go home. If you prefer to drive to the beach, it's only a 5 minute drive and there are 2 parking passes available for your use.The main level features a large open living room/dining room. There is a full wall of windows in the living room with amazing water views of the lake. There is a flat screen TV and DVD. The house has cable and wireless internet.The large kitchen off the dining room has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The screened in porch is off the dining room with water views. There is a lounge area and also small dining area there. The driveway is large enough to park 4-5 cars. There is an outside shower on the right side of the house. The lake that the house sits on connects to the canals which connects to the bay. You are down the street from Bethany Beach and 10 minutes from Fenwick Island and Dewey Beach, 15 minutes from Ocean City, and 20 minutes from Rehoboth Beach.
