From the time you turn off Hwy 194 (only 3 miles to ASU) onto the private bridge over Howards Creek, the property becomes a tranquil retreat and yet so close to town. You will notice the rock wall backdrop as you drive up the driveway (Plenty of room for several vehicles). As you enter the cabin there is a screened porch with a sectional as well as a gas grill that is permanently connected to a gas line (no need to change out tanks) and a gas burning fireplace. It is cozy with a 4-person high-top table and hanging low-lit lighting for any time of the day. The cabin is well equipped with a large kitchen to include all items needed for family meals as well as a dining room that sits 8 adults comfortably.
