Hospitals and urgent cares are relatively far from the home, in case of emergencies urgently call 911 to dispatch help. It is the sole responsibility of the guests to take care of themselves and the property. Any and all damages and/or issues will be recorded and full responsibility will be assumed by the guest. All events and large gatherings need to be notified prior to arrival and must be approved by host/homeowners.POOL USE: There is no lifeguard on duty, all guests are swimming at their own risk.NEVER leave kids unattended in the pool area.No diving, jumping, running, or horse playing in or near the pool.
